This was my favorite game until the recent update. Just like all the others, I can’t stand some of the changes. What was the point in changing it to this extent? The online rewards are gone, some of the secondary stuff that you could merge has changed to just coins (which isn’t horrible but what’s to motivate my progress in the game if I can’t progress?), and their “Help Center” is horrendously bad. There is little to no support and complaints aren’t responded to. I lost a few dolls and rewards a couple of months ago and they’ve never even responded. And maybe it’s just me but why in the heck would you have to use ALL lives for one single level? Where is the motivation to play your game?? I have to wait upwards of 3 hours to play a new level or sit through ads that either freeze my game or I have to hard reset just to continue? Why would one want to come back and keep playing a game that makes it so difficult for their players? Deleted.

Im very sad to to do this but you guys have left me no choice when you don't answer tickets for a month, i tried the foto thing too an thats a dead end an well! The minute you click for developer its all chinese. So here i am! I keep getting screwed over an i take screen shots an today i just bought again in the second home an i clicked all the baskets for the 900 diamonds shows it went to diamonds but number did not change. I have a pic of it as well, an no its not given as something else. It was for chests an diamonds. I even have pics of the other times just this month from in the second home an the regular home during events. An trying to figure it out with itunes is a nightmare as you guys dont give us enough time to get the reference numbers its a fast blink an purchase successful comes up. An your not even posting them the same day its bought, very few have the exact date. I want someone to contact me. I couldn’t even get threw from outside the game.

After the update last night the castle & lvl 2 park is missing from my game. Was it hacked? I have no way to create trees so can’t really play in the competition now. Glad I held off on subscribing & spending any real money. Is there anyway to retrieve the castle & lv 2 park? Now orange trees are disappearing. The matching game must have a bug it’s not registering the matches FYI The dolls will go to the floral shops but they just stand there. This seems to happen with Floral paradise & Flowers & Ribbons. Also at firefly & maple parks. Several times I have merged 5 dolls & only got 1 it takes away all 5 dolls. The slot machine isn’t working properly. Lost several spins because I have to close Mergical & reopen to get out of the black screen.
I made a gem purchase $4.99 earlier it said it went through but screen froze on verifying purchase did not receive gems and it just did the same thing again and no gems received I took screenshots just in case to dispute 2 charges of $4.99.

The only problem I have is that you put all are extra little stuff that we work hard to get in the in box in are mail and if you don’t check it every 14 days you delete it that’s not fair I was in the hospital for awhile and when I came out and got back on my game I had lost over 20 items I’m talking about the big stuff like the carasol the volcano stuff like that I mean it was better to leave that stuff in the bubbles that stayed on the game so when I wanted to place them all I had to do is look thur them and place them when I had more space opened I don’t think you had the right to delete anything in our mailbox that upset me and I have not played the game as much use to play everyday for like 4 to 5 hrs now not so much and all because you took my stuff that I had I’m sorry but because of that I won’t refer this game it shouldn’t matter how long we leave stuff in the mail box that should be up to us not you put are stuff back in the bubbles if you want the mailbox empty

I have been playing this game for a while, and take breaks occasionally when life demands it. Recently I came back and found some new features like the cupcake land. I was initially very entertained by it and paid for extra energy. The issue is i never got the extra energy. Believing i made a mistake and didn’t complete the transaction I attempted a couple more times. Each time getting charged for extra energy. I even confirmed with my bank that the funds were paid, before I sent an emailed through the site. I don’t know what i have to do to get the charges reversed, I even included screen shot of every email verifying the purchase. I do not want credit applied to the game, since i realized i have already completed the building of my town in cupcake land.

If I can make a suggestion to include instructions somewhere on how to play or utilize some of the new features. For example what is the purpose of the Heroes.

But there is definitely room for improvement I don’t like how much it limits your coins and the only way you can improve that is buying a safe that takes up your land space. I do like how you can sell stuff you don’t need and you can get coins for it and you don’t have to waste diamonds that you actually have to pay money for to get them. I also like how this game consistently introduces you into new things other games i have tried have not. Diamonds aren’t impossible to in get this game it does have a calendar that will give them to you certain on days of the month unfortunately it’s only like two days when that happens but I think this game is way better than merge dragons that you had to buy everything and was very pricey too and it never introduced you to anything new the further you got into the game where as this game does I encourage people to try it if you have been disappointed by other game like this

I love this game! But there is plenty of room for improvement. I have some 300 or so workers but i only get some few to come out every little bit of time. They don’t stay out very long and then i have to wait another 15 minutes or whatever for ONE worker to come out for 5 or 6 moves! That is nothing! Also, i would like to be able to focus where the Aria flowers note balls go when i am trying to *heal* the gray lands.
Overall, the game is lots of fun, but the workers need to be able to spend more time out working (especially the ones that look like they are adults lol).
Also, please put more way to get diamonds into the game. Right now, the only way to get them that i have found is to buy them and your prices are WAYYYYY high, especially considering that you have treasure chests all over the game that paying diamonds are the only way to open them. I don’t have enough REAL money to be paying $10 every time i want to open one.

I don’t recommend anyone spend any real money on Mergical . At the end of the day, the developer has picked up and dropped so many fun merge games. They make a game, let you spend a ton of money unlocking extra things and subscribing or buying in game currency, then they stop updating the game to the point where it’s no longer playable while they take up a new project. They’ll undoubtedly drop this one at some point and you’ll no longer get to play a game you spent money to advance in. It’s not worth it, their tactics are borderline scamming. If you play, play the free way. Don’t give them your money; they’ll take it and run. Literally. On to a different project. ( If the developer actually reads this, kindly update one of the other three merge games you’ve forgotten about. Your player base would like to access the content they gave you money for. )

I really enjoy playing this, it’s really cute and a good way to pass time. My issues are with the clone chambers, and that in events, you have to keep redirecting your people, or they’ll go off and do something else. This is only in events, and that’s why it’s annoying. They’re popping up with everything now, and I’m never even using these things. I’ll merge something and all of a sudden everything that gets merged thinks i want to spend gems on a duplicate. Occasionally it’ll let me dismiss for the day, but it only dismisses that one specific merge, and it’ll be the only one to ask. It’s almost always lower items too, like a level 4 of the aria, as opposed to level 7 or something. I’m just getting really tired of it. Events don’t even give you that dismiss option because for some reason settings don’t apply there. I really like playing this game but the annoyance factor is making it hard to play for extended periods at a time

I really enjoy playing the game. However, to make the game even better maybe you could address a few things. First, I can’t tell you how many times the levels have glitched resulting in not even getting to play. Secondly, maybe something could be done with the Aria’s. It takes either money or non stop play to play the realms. It gets very frustrating so I just don’t play anymore. Thirdly, I am older and when levels or tasks are timed, I always need to purchase more time in order to pass. Fourthly, I love your puzzles but I don’t play them because you have to clear quite a few before moving on. I get annoyed having to go back to the beginning. It’s like playing Chutes and Ladders. Finally, I wish you would have little icons to remind us how to play and what is at stake. Sometimes there are reminders but most times you don’t.

This is perfect when you just wanna relax and pass the time. I’ve invested in a lot of these types of games because I look at it almost like an arcade game but I have a limit of how much money I will spend. In all of the other merge games I’ve been able to unlock lands from the other worlds with a little over twenty dollars which is my limit that I give myself, but I was super excited to do the same with this game and one of the patches for sale would unlock once I had about 65 helpers. Well once I played the game enough for that many I realized that it was also going to make me pay to unlock, normally this wouldn’t bother me but then I saw that the price was $40 um.... no thanks! That’s waaaaay too much for one tiny patch of land! That’s even too much for all three of the lands put together so no I don’t think this game matches the same fairness as the merge games I’ve played.

Hey this app, I sent this review because when I played this game, I have so many things so many I love it. It is probably my top. I love it so much but after I recall like when you hit that house and ask you if you want to allow all of them out or recall all of them after I recall and I start doing stuff they all come out please fix this problem because I’m trying to get some work done it was so many characters making stuff. I don’t have enough room for it please fix. let me explain so. there’s a little house where they sleep and stuff well I want to recall the characters because I have way too little space and it’s hard to do and make room for all the stuff they’re making so I’d collect the house and I’d click recall when I do that, I would start like getting XP getting coins and stuff but then they were all come out and say it’s a great day and start getting XP for me no I love that but what I don’t like is that I’m trying to get more room so they can put XP down so please fix this problem.😭😁💖

This game is such a nice, refreshing experience from Merge Dragons / Merge Magic. The attention to detail and graphics are beyond perfect for a merge game. Like seriously, the promotional material is not a lie. The graphics really are that incredible.

I only have one issue with this game, and it’s pretty much just the theme of the game. The theme is dolls. A lot of people playing this game are going to be teens and adults. I think they knew this when creating the game because there are plenty of IRL Currency purchase options. Im 30 years old, im really not interested in a theme of dolls. I would love to see them expand this line of merge games to include fantasy/deity and maybe even witch/wizard themes. The dolls aspect of it is literally the only thing that makes me cringe when I open Mergical .

But the theme set aside, wow, what a very pleasant gaming experience they’ve put together. The developers are top-notch graphic designers and I’m hoping (very impatiently loo) for a theme more suited for teens/adults.

I like the game, but I feel it has a lot of flaws with the constant challenge events. They require a lot of time and offer very small reward. I’d like to see them up prizes for too 20 otherwise it’s not worth the effort. Player vs player has become virtually impossible to complete challenges. I’m lost on the whole boating challenge. I hate the timed challenge level maps. Virtually impossible to beat unless you spend coins. I do like the auto match and spend $ on this, but i wish it was 20 coin vs 30. The workers also get really stupid on challenges, especially timed ones and will go to the stupidest things to farm vs aria or seeds. So annoying. Even if you tell them to do something, sometimes they sit there and do nothing but eat valuable seconds. They really need to adjust that.

I recently had to upgrade from iPhone to Samsung and among other reasons was the fact that the iPhone was not connecting to networks properly in some apps ( including this game) I have a huge gameplay and a lot of purchases in this game but because of the network issue my game was not backing up to my Facebook account which I did not realize until I started moving all my data to the Samsung. So my gameplay is NOT connected to Facebook and I have been asking for alternative ways to move my data from the iPhone to the S20 via the game support in game and they just keep repeating the steps over and over asking for screenshots but not listening to me! Yes I realize that I should not spend money in a game but I did, a lot of money ( to me) and a HUGE amount of time PLEASE will you help me?!!!!!

This is a fun game but every time I play it, it crashes at least once a day. There’s also a new event right now that I can’t even play anymore. The event started glitching pretty bad so I closed out of the game and reopened it and now I can't access the event at all. There are also no ads to watch to speed things up or to get additional stuff or more energy for my workers. Reached out to customer service and haven't heard anything back from them. I've also tried to see if there was an update for the game in Mergical store but there's nothing.
It's really frustrating trying to play this even though I really enjoy this game!! Work on your customer service and glitches. Until I see some progress, I give this game 2 stars.

Update 9/16: I got Mergical working again! I had to uninstall and reinstall it and now it works like a charm. It still crashes if I'm playing too long but otherwise it's really fun, really addicting and really cute. I'd like to see an easier/free way to get gems instead of just buying them, but I still really love the game

This game is great if you want to play for a few minutes every couple of hours or so. Until you build up your home it will be very, very slow. The concept is the same as some other merge games, but you have dolls to merge into people instead of eggs to merge into creatures. You still merge plants, flowers, hills, etc. You build homes and coin vaults. Nothing new here, just a variation on the same theme as the other games. You catch the floating seeds to merge your plants. When you play a level, you earn a suitcase but can only open them every x number of hours. So, if you like to play levels, you can’t get a suitcase if your slots are full. That keeps you from playing too fast. I give it 4 stars because it’s just a variation of another game without offering any notable improvements.

I love this game, I’ve been playing it for over a year now. But in the realms theres always at least one or two locked spots that what you need is in the clouds for the item to unlock. So you don’t have a choice but to spend diamonds to unlock it and of course what you need is in that locked space. It’s like they want you to not complete the game or spend diamonds or purchase diamonds to use. It’s pretty annoying because you think maybe it’s something you missed so you clear out all the gray just to not have what you need. I wish they would fix this problem but like I said I’m sure this is their way to get you to spend money on diamonds if you don’t have enough since it’s 40 diamonds to unlock them.

I absolutely love this game, I really do! Its entertaining but I just have ideas in how to make it more enjoyable for me (if you add these inprovements it will be a five star) Okay so here are my suggestions.
#1. So I like the minigames and all, but what I dont like is the time part. They come so quickly, and also you dont have much time to finish the event. I like the idea, but the time is the problem.
#2. I play this game a lot, but I stopped after this happend. So I realized that I couldn't go to lvl 80 on the boat thing (I forgot what it was called) And so when I realized this it made me stop and play it very little. So I was stuck on the first island and I couldn't move on! I was stuck on the first island for a year then I finally got onto the next. I dont know why, but I thought it was a glitch.
#3. So the adds to get the rewards are annoying as h e double hockey sticks. (my pet bird is chirping as i type this btw) They are annoying and you probably have to watch like 1-5 adds for some rewards. Its annoying and there is maybe more adds for some. Some adds are the same, so yeah.
These are all my suggestions. Please make the time higher on the events and remove some amounts of adds for rewards. I understand that your trying to make money, but the adds are annoying all at one! (Can you fix the error for the boat on lvl 80 please and thank you)

I like this a lot because: There A ton of things for you to merge together the cute characters , calming and takes time ( I think I actually just got to the point of the gameplay )😉If you want a merging game with fun characters and competing with people online ,then this is the game for you. Now for a little setback : In my opinion, the game has way too many Updates that you have to do month after month! The adds: 😬I’m sorry that everyone hates adds, but please do make the adds stop being only the hurt kitty add it’s so annoying and sad for the kitty 😢 Otherwise super good game and I hope you will try this game and that I really hope you think I was helpful!😀
