I purchased Panda Dome Essential and it is undownloadable. I have spent at least 3 hours over several phone calls to your team trying to download it and it is not possible. I would appreciate a refund for this package that I am unable to use.

on the 6/1/22 £34.99 was taken out of my account to renew my panda security and on the 4/2/22 my bank informed me that a feather £80+ was taken out of my business account. I am very puzzled as to why 2 withdraws by panda was taken as I only have one device and I did authorised either of the transaction. I would be very grateful if you would repay the second transaction as soon as possible and ensure that no more transactions are made without my authorisation. MR Charles A Shanks
Products don’t work- scam

I downloaded this when my browser was hijacked. Like countless people on their forums, I couldn’t even activate my product once I paid for it! I complained and received a convoluted email directing me to first make all these changes on my computer. I refused and asked for them to wipe my data from their system, to which they never responded. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO THROW MONEY INTO THE TOILET AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN!

Purchased a $160 subscription. Not work on PC, blocking WiFi while trying to connect VPN on iPad. Don’t even know how to get refund. Don’t recommend to use this one, especially in mainland China area

I have a IPhone 11 I tried your vpn dome. The vpn blocks my WiFi. I had to delete the app.for the WiFi to work again.
