Fresco has been extremely slow and sluggish all week. I have had to restart the app about 20 times, and I restarted my iPad a few times too. It would help for a few minutes but then it would Become slow again. As I was saving my work, the app crashed and did not save. I have lost hours of drawing and I am really upset and frustrated. The app is pissing me off and stressing me out. I love digital drawing but I’ll have to go back to physical drawing so at least it can’t crash. 😡

My iPad Pro is constantly crashing on Fresco. Filling in colour blocks takes forever; lag on drawing is sluggish. I switched from Procreate to Fresco for vector. And the app is great. Is it because it’s constantly tied to the network? Going offline doesn’t seem to solve any problems.

How to fix Adobe Fresco app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Adobe Fresco app on iPhone
Update Adobe Fresco app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Fresco iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Adobe Fresco on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Adobe Fresco network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Adobe Fresco Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Adobe Fresco not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Adobe Fresco App
1. On android, goto Settings » Adobe Fresco » click [Force Stop]

Update Adobe Fresco to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Adobe Fresco App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Adobe Fresco » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Adobe Fresco.

Fix Adobe Fresco unable to contact server/ Adobe Fresco internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Adobe Fresco » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Adobe Fresco » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Adobe Fresco
