I have a problem with Tracker

User reports:
No current problems

- Text color changed to white, making it difficult to read.

- Stats are not accurate and do not reflect the user's profile correctly.

- No Octane wallpapers available.

- Advertising is prevalent throughout the app.

- Server issues reported.

- User's account is not displayed correctly, showing zero kills and level zero.

- Search function does not work properly, stating that the user's account does not exist.

- Overall, the app is considered bad and cannot find any users.

To resolve Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Clear Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tracker.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
