Wondering if you guys could add an hourglass workout plan!! I really love using this app because of the layout. But the contact support button is not working and with the new update seems like there is more bugs and I don’t really like the new timer Bc it starts my next workout before I’m ready and then I try to restart the timer and the clock goes to 0 and won’t restart.

MY Transformation
I was looking for plans in the gym and at home for days I didn’t want to go to gym. This was it! I’m also really impatient so wanted a quick transformation. Once I started in the programs I noticed a difference in less than a month! The workouts are simple to follow and really hit the muscle groups I wanted to target. My waist got skinnier and my glutes grew!

Perfect workout app
It can be challenging getting a good workout in 20 min or less, but these are workouts you feel each time. Love the option to countdown your workouts and have the intermittent timing of “half-way there”. My only request is for a few more workouts! Thanks for the daily motivation!
