The AR play doesn’t really work. I got it for my son and he said the AR didn’t work for him at all. Even when he restarted his ipad. Does it have to do with my son’s type of ipad or is it just IronManMk50RobotByUBTECH ?

The robot. Works really well. But the ar does not work

Our son wanted this so badly for Christmas. We set it up on our iPhones and works great but we tried to download IronManMk50RobotByUBTECH to our iPad and it says that it can’t because specific features that IronManMk50RobotByUBTECH requires are not available on the iPad. I’m so confused and annoyed. It’s an apple product, how is that possible?
