App "froze" after accepting an order, showing "searching for a car" (no confirmation received). I tried the "three dots" menu to see if anything would un-freeze, which did not help, so I tried placing an order again. First it created an order in the reverse direction, which I immediately cancelled, then I made a new order. Again, "Searching for driver", until I got a call from a driver saying he was "5 minutes away" followed almost immediately by another call from a different driver saying he was there! Only then could I see that the first order had in fact been registered (even though no info was given in the app) , so I cancelled it (and thus had to pay a €5 late cancellation fee because the app had "frozen" 😡!). The 'old' version of the app used to be much more reliable and user-friendly (also showed the name name of the driver, which was a much clearer reference than a long number...).
