Fiz a aquisição do App e cancelei a assinatura, não cobrou na minha fatura de dezembro porém veio a cobrança em janeiro, o app não funciona e o valor cobrado é de uma assinatura anual, R$229,29, porém fui verificar e o aplicativo aparece que não sou assinante, tentei entrar em contato com a empresa mas lá no App a opção "entre em contato" não funciona. Gostaria de receber o estorno da cobrança pois a mesma não é devida.
