If you have coins to spend you MIGHT be able to finish a level. The game starts out fairly easy, then you have to play a level MULTIPLE times to complete it (mostly with having to spend coins). Looks like another fun game, but unless you want to spend real money to play levels that appear to be unbeatable you can never advance through the game. The levels do not allow enough turns to complete and appear to be configured to not allow you to complete them without spending coins. I DON’T recommend wasting you time, with this game, unless you like being frustrated.

I have been playing for about 3 weeks play several times a day, bought with real $ the hallpass.... bought both starter packs with real money... an crash now I can’t even get game to load... sent a chat to customer support... they read it asked what level I was at an I didn’t know an they never even looked at my reply... so now I’ve spent $$ an dont get the perks or the playing bonuses because it says loading then it crashes closes. Not happy I lost $ an no one cares to look into issues.

I have tried to play dozens of times. I continuously get a pop up in the midst of loading telling me “No internet connection, restart game.” I’ve seen that message dozens of times. I’ve turned OFF my WiFi, I’ve turned ON my WiFi, I’ve restarted my iPhone 3 times, I’ve deleted HellsKitchen and reinstalled it 3 times, I’m so fed up. My Internet is perfectly fine, no other apps, games or websites seem to have any problems. My husband plays this on his iPhone, he has no issues. We are dumbfounded. What’s going in??

I really enjoy the game, however buyer beware...if you try and watch an ad in order to get more lives or money, etc..more than half of the time when you click on the ad button, it will either not work, crash your game, take you to a purely black screen which will make you have to restart the game OR it will show you the ad and then take you to the black screen which makes you have to restart the game.
Also, after you do so many tasks, you get the option to purchase a special pass that grants you money, clothes, furniture, etc - but when you click on it, it either freezes the game, or it doesn’t take you to the in app purchase screen. When it DID take me to the purchase screen, I put my password in to buy the pass, and it did NOTHING!!! I tried it a second time and got the same result. I am hoping that I am not going to be charged twice for something I did not receive. The
Very disappointed because I like the game, but all of these glitches (ESPECIALLY with how many times I have had to exit and restart the game) is really turning me off.
Just warning people who don’t like wasting their time by restarting half of the time you play.

Just like all the other match 3 games, you would think with the HK license it would be interesting or fun. Nope.
Graphics are janky and clunky. The dialog is very basic and nobody cares what they are saying. Also, this is HK why are the people so nice!?!?
All of this could be overlooked, if the puzzles were at least fun or not impossible. It’s one thing to come close and then maybe think you might need to use one of the extra bombs, but with this game - there is zero skill... just completely random if you will finish it or not.
What’s interesting is that in order to complete some of those impossible levels to get the bonus items you have to watch no less than 3 videos per level. Sometimes you click on them and they don’t work.
The only real positive note would be that they don’t nag you to pay any money, so there’s that, but probably because even the developers know it won’t matter or help.
Seems that the only goal of this game is to see how many 30second videos the developers can get you to watch. Ingenious!

This game has a lot of glitches. 1… the perpetual notification bubble that NEVER leaves!! And of course if you delete and reinstall HellsKitchen I’m sure you’ll lose all of the recipes with no guarantee you won’t have to earn them all back. 2… other games like this typically have added boosters like the airplanes that will hit sections of the game to actually help you win. The airplanes in this game hit random targets that likely WON’T help with really no rhyme or reason to it at all. Sometimes the boosters don’t even clear what or how they should. It’s just a poorly written very novice program. Please fix it.

So I’m playing this game and decided to use some of my coins to buy more moves I have done this twice and each time it takes the money but won’t take be back to use these moves. So I just lost those coins and then why is it that sometimes the spin button works and sometimes it says can’t connect to the network but when you go ahead and start the level over there is an ad. Can you please fix that. I would like to use the money I worked for on the things in the game but I don’t want the game working against me making sure that it doesn’t happen.

I have played this game for a long time and now it suddenly won’t download. If it does get to 100% a message comes up indicating an issue connecting to the server and to contact customer service if it continues. Problem is, it doesn’t say how to contact them. I really like the game, but may have to just give up on it.

While playing I would constantly run out of move options and would mix up options but then I move only once and again no moving options and it would only give me single options I’d use up all my moves because of the lack of options it would give me and its the most frustrating thing even to have to wait a long time to get lives due to the lack of option moves of the game

I am not very happy with this game it was on of my favorites I got to level 130 and then it would not go any further every time I beat a level it kept taking me back to it and sometimes I would open it and the level button would never even show up it was just a blank screen it is glitchy and kicked me from the game several time and I could not make any more progress so I will be getting rid of this gam

This games is so fun but the levels are to hard there is a easy level and hard level And they are manly just hard levels! I wish that there were no hard levels cause I have to spend all of my game money to buy more moves or I die and I don’t like how you have five lives cause when you run out you have to wait 20 mins to get one life by the way you use life’s on levels if you die then you lose one but the game is fun and I enjoy it

I appreciate the fact that I am giving options to receive extra try’s double my money or to get boosters. It worked really great the first couple of levels but after a while when I tried using the option they would not work. They would be there for me to use but when I clicked on it the option disappeared. Also, I don’t like the fact that in order to keep my progress I have to log onto Facebook (shock!!!) I don’t do Facebook so if I were to upgrade my device I would not be able to bring over my progress.

It’s hard to beat the levels without having to spend your own personal money to buy coins etc. needed to pass the levels. When it gets to that point people delete the game because you can’t pass it without purchasing the coins etc. needed.

Finished the levels and tasks posted so far. I know there is more left to go. 960 is the last level before the game tells you no more levels. Finished the last day a few days back. By the time new levels and tasks show up with the medals I’ve collected. I can blow by a number of levels without breaking a sweat.
Love to see the new levels and tasks soon.

I would give it five stars but the game has problems, while playing it will freeze 🥹. You have to exit out and restart the level again, you also may lose the item you need to upgrade or put wallpaper in the kitchen.

Honestly I wAs expecting property brothers game to be better but this is so fun it’s not horribly hard. the graphics one day could be better more realistic but I also feel like you should be able to have more options when it comes to the tables like be able to buy things with the coins that isn’t an option that’s free just my opinion!

I have been playing for a long time and appreciate that even on hard levels you can usually win if you persevere. However, it would be great if you could relocate the cleaver and pitchfork to upper right of screen. Call me lazy, but numerous times my pinkie has rested on the pitchfork and I keep using it without wanting to.

This is the best game EVER! But I would like that not everything that Olivia does needs a coin 🪙 or whatever it is. What I mean is that she needs one ☝🏾 of those in every action to call someone is the one that makes me mad 😡 because it’s if like you need money to call someone on your phone 📱. That’s the only thing I wanted to say the other stuff is FANTASTIC 🤩.

I love interior design but currently stay home with my kids. It’s a great cure for the urge to design. It is also child friendly, so if my children happen to run in and grab my phone, they can pick up where I left off - err - rather where they interrupted the game and snatched it from my hands. 💁🏻‍♀️

I really love this game, and I think that’s it’s very well done. I like to keep these kind of games on my phone, just if I get bored. This game is really entertaining, and I totally recommend it for people of all ages! The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 though, is because sometimes it gets a little laggy. But overall this game is pretty nice. Good Job Creators 👍🏻☺️
