Hello I am experiencing a bug with the app that I have never experienced before. Every time I try to zoom in the app immediately shuts down. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it made no difference. Please address this issue. Thank you, Avigal

How to fix FIMO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FIMO app on iPhone
Update FIMO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FIMO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FIMO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FIMO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FIMO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FIMO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FIMO App
1. On android, goto Settings » FIMO » click [Force Stop]

Update FIMO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FIMO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FIMO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FIMO.

Fix FIMO unable to contact server/ FIMO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FIMO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FIMO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FIMO
