We’ve tried many options for our small agency including pipedrive, salesmate, capsule, copper, and hubspot. I can say hands down this app is the best blend of simplicity and power to keep a small sales team organized. It’s very clear the team behind it has learned a lot about what’s real important in a crm from the years of developing the big brother to this app, ZohoCRM. this app’s apps are very beautiful and there’s even a native Mac app. They’re so customizable, I especially love how you can control exactly what shows up in each type of notification!
There are a few things I think could be improved and hope this app may work on <3
First, it would be great to have a week calendar view for activities instead of only list view. It would be especially great if you could see all your team’s activities (esp events) in a calendar.
Second, the way this app syncs with google calendar (requires creating a separate calendar folder) is frustrating - it should let you sync with one or more existing calendar folders since you may have dozens of meetings already scheduled into the future.
Finally, the support only by email is a bit slow and I wish they had chat support for the top tier plan.
Overall keep up the good work and excited to see what’s next!

I would like to see all my connected account emails. like in one big in-box.
Anyhow I love the notes feature for each event.
Wish the mobile app had the signals feature, to notify you of new emails..
I hope they keep making improvements!

Nice look, and I’m some ways it is great.
But once you get into Bigin , you see that the relationship among Deals, Contacts, Tasks, etc. is confused. I found it very hard to adapt the product to the very simple event booking business I conduct. Frustrating and disappointing.
If you work everything from Company, you will have an easier time. Not what I would have expected.
Support is very responsive, and they seem to be trying. I just have disagreements with the vendor’s concept of relationship management.
Also it’s a little buggy. Example: a contact with no first name doesn’t appear in the contacts list. If it hasn’t already been linked to a Company or something else, it’s lost unless you search for it. Surprising after so long on the market.

I just started and so far so good. I have a couple suggestions. 1. Increase max tags per record (5 seems to be the max). 2. Add lookup fields between contact, company, and product. Almost ideal for a small business.

So often sales driven CRMs are cluttered. Not this one!
For me, as CEO, it allows me to see the world and progress on deals. For my team it allows them to capture data easily, stay on track and increase their close rate.

This product works well for what I need. It’s very simple to use to keep in touch with contacts and build your business. I really like using the email templates.

The UI and feature are perfect for a small CRM. I like the web and mobile app.
Some downsides are the daily send limit for email is 250. I wish it was more reasonable such as 500.
Also, I found importing a problem with picking field property types.

This latest update did require deleting, reboot, and reinstalling for the login to work so there is likely a bug somewhere. Otherwise smooth sailing with Zoho as always.

I use this app on my broswer and it works well. I saw that they had Bigin, which would've been great to use. However, I can't get passed the login screen. Every time I press login, it doesn't respond. Would've been nice if it worked
