Great app with good insight- but...

I actually really like Radar. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic.

The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app.

I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.

Great! Our management team utilizes this tool perfectly! They don’t understand all the options in desk, they just need the numbers and stats. Thank you! I do agree though, these tools being part of desk just to save space app wise would be nice.

Stats related to ticket resolution time, customer happiness, live traffic, and individual agent stats power this app.

Users can sign-up with a 15 days FREE Trial on any of the editions and subsequently they can upgrade to the plans to utilise more benefits.

* Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

While managers/admins can view these stats for all agents, agents can view only those pertaining to themselves.

Following are the 3 plans that we’ve supported in the Radar app: Standard, Professional & Enterprise.

We’ve allowed users to subscribe/upgrade to paid editions.

* Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
