I actually really like Radar. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic.
The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app.
I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.
Great! Our management team utilizes this tool perfectly! They donβt understand all the options in desk, they just need the numbers and stats. Thank you! I do agree though, these tools being part of desk just to save space app wise would be nice.
