My cameras have a 10 second to 30 second delay this is a serious flaw because someone tried to break in yesterday and it took ages for it to show up on the screen that someone was there

I bought a Swann 4-Pack 1080p Wire-Free Outdoor Security Camera - White Product code: 4563984. It is still within the warranty period. About 3 months ago one of the cameras disconnected and would not reconnect. After much discussion with the support team, the Camera was replaced. Three weeks ago another of the cameras disconnected and, despite doing all the right things, will not reconnect. On charge, to attempt re-establishing connection, it merely keeps resetting itself with the occasional purple flashing light. I cannot get a response to my request to make another warranty claim despite it being within the period of warranty. My requests via the internet have been ignored and my phone calls unanswered. IS THERE ANYONE FROM SWANN OUT THERE?
Good afternoon. Lost remote access to our Church cameras on Sunday night. Drove 300 miles to check cameras. Cameras are working. Broadband is working. WiFi working. Just no joy with the app Swann Security. Trouble with username and password being recognised. Got locked out. Push notifications are working though. Any idea of when it might get sorted? Can't leave the Church unprotected for long. Thank you for your help.
For the past week or so if i try to watch any recordings through the swann security app, the entire app force closes and causes phone to freeze up. I've uninstalled the app and downloaded it back to my list of apps but still no resolve. Getting frustrated to no avail. Do u have any recommendations?
Set up the system yesterday and all works fine except for the app. I am unable to view live footage through the app and through play back setting on the App i can see the clips stored but as soon as they're played the app crashes. so so poor SWANN, and very disappointing. When will this be rectified?
Since new update where now you see an image rather than a camera number and time in the playback feature, the playback feature plays the recording very very slowly, like slow motion but with stop start play back making it almost impossible to view in the app. Any help how to rectify would be appreciated, I have an iPhone.
The swann security app kept asking me to update but wouldn't let me. So I uninstalled hoping to reinstall, but it won't let me reinstall the app at all. I have an android galaxy. S21 ultra 5G. I keep getting an error message stating "something went wrong". I'm still able to download other apps and have plenty of storage space on my phone so not sure what the problem could be.
Swann view link has not worked from my android phone from since End of June 2022. So I cannot view remotely on my phone. I am able to view cameras from TV connected to DVR only. I have deleted & re-installed the Swann View link app but to no avail. Please can u give us a work around as it is very frustrating. Or please tell us what u are doing & when it will be resolved. The app is extremely glitchy...when I try to few footage when motion is detected it jumps between the live camera footage of different cameras and the recorded footage very fast that you cant see anything.
When I open app all cameras pictures are stuck on a picture from days ago, picked it up as its night now and picture is of day, all cameras doing this perhaps it's the app itself? Won't reboot comes up with saying unable to do at this time, same for reset,

Used to be able to view cameras on PC and some times if signal strong enough on Samsung S8. Last few weeks not able to log in. I've rebooted, reset uninstalled app and reinstalled. Why can I suddenly not sign in?
Can view my Swann system on my tv screen but app on my iPhone or iPad not working. Was fine about a week ago and now nothing works!
I had t he same problem, Swann tech support walked me through the process to restart the network connection to default. From the DVD console System / Maintenance / select Default Settings - Restore / Network Select OK and after the auto reboot all connections started correctly
Mike Hogan: Are you referring to the name that you router broadcasts as your WiFi (aka SSID)? That would be under the Wireless setup, look for Name(SSID). Netgear defaults these to names like NETGEAR45, but you can modify this. NOTE: In doing so, you'll need to reconnect all of your wireless devices, as they all connected to the old SSID before you changed it.

I have a sony experia mobile, model experia xa2 ultra androi 9, when i download the swannview link app it tells me this version was made for an earlier android version is there an app for my phone
My nvr kept disconnecting from my apps. I have to turn off my phone and turn backnon again to connect with my apps. Then after you close the apps and go back again you can’t see live view anymore. It says disconnected.
Same as everyone else spent a fortune on my system I get a msg to say intruder alert and I can't view crashes straight away
It's NOT your app! It's NOT your cameras or DVR/NVR The problem is with Swann and their DDNS server. The problem is easy to fix... stop using Swann DDNS service (they never did a great job with it anyway, and today it shows).
Swanndvr.net (their DDNS service) went down sometime in the last few days and hasn't come back up yet. You can still view your cameras using your smartphone, by going around their DDNS service. You can keep your current camera configuration (just in case Swann ever figures out how to run a DDNS service properly), just turn it off and create a 2nd device, as if you had a camera system at your camp. This takes 3 steps... Step 1: You're going to need to create a "Port-forwarding" entry in your router. Forward port 8000 to the IP address of your DVR/NVR. This might require the help of someone savvy enough to do this, but generally shouldn't be too hard to do (you will need to log into your router). Step 2: Tap the 3 hamburger lines in the upper left corner of your app (this should show a 4 icon set to appear), select the 3rd icon from the left. This takes you to the 'Devices' page. Tap the "+" in the upper right corner, so that you can create a new device. Step 3: Create ANY name you want for an "Alias'. Change Register Mode from UID to IP/Domain. Next to Address, enter your current WAN IP (you can find what your IP address is by going to WhatIsMyIP.com). Keep port at 8000, enter your existing User Name and Password (this was already setup in you DVR). Save your settings (a little floppy disc icon in the upper right corner), then select "Live View". If you done everything correctly, you'll notice that not only does it connect to your cameras, but it connects a lot faster that Swann's DDNS ever did (I've never been a big fan of Swann's DDNS service). Good luck!
The app has ceased to function on either an Ipad or Iphone, luckily the non Swann alarm system still functions. Might just rip the cameras and the system out as they are pretty much useless.
My NVR is not connecting to the Swann Security app and shows disconnected. I have to delete and reinstall the app every time to see my cameras. It was working fine until 17/06/22.
I have two Swann systems that fail to connect as of a few days ago. I have tried to re installed and both systems still will not log on?
