Since receiving the message that google was scrapping its security setting to allow swann dvr to connect I have not heard anymore of how to fix this problem to allow my system to work. not good enough when we cant use anything. I am not computer smart so need easy instructions. not happy...my son in law contacted swann and was eventually told we would be notified ..yeah??? still waiting,
Since yesterday 17.06.2022 swann security app is crashing on its own even unistalled and reinstalled various times but did not worked. Please advise.
The swann app crashes/closes as soon as it loads on my phone but it is there on the background It was working fine until yesterday
Since I was notified from google that it was using a better security system for signing in this May 2022 I cannot see my 30 second pictures that it captures when they are set off from my cameras now, what have you done to fix this problem as we were all sent emails saying it was going to happen??.

When using 4G/5G, the video from your Swann device may be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and could contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. Swann’s wired security systems, including all of our latest DVR and NVR series, now work seamlessly with wireless solutions such as Swann's new range of Indoor and Outdoor Wi-Fi security cameras. Note: SwannSecurity uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann system via 4G/5G or Wi-Fi. Please note that other Swann CCTV and IP camera models will not work with SwannSecurity. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan. With Swann Security, everything is controllable via this single app. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges.
