How to fix iSound app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iSound app on iPhone
Update iSound app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iSound iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iSound on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iSound network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iSound Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iSound not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iSound App
1. On android, goto Settings » iSound » click [Force Stop]

Update iSound to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iSound App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iSound » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iSound.

Fix iSound unable to contact server/ iSound internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iSound » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iSound » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iSound
