This is the worst app I ever had for my OTC. I do not understand why health first switched UltraAccess that they used prior to this one or before this one whatever the point that I’m making here today is I cannot login I can login it’s just you can’t see nothing. You can’t order anything when you click on something you don’t see anything else, this is a waste of time and I wish first would switch to a different kind of product that we can use one that preferably let you login and order stuff and see everything but I guess gotta wait until the year to get another one. don’t waste your time.

I’ve spoken to 3 Reps about trying to get into this website for our SNO Flex Spend quarterly benefits. It won’t allow me in after entering all information to sign up. Unable to use information entered. This has been an ongoing issue as I see others complaining about the exact same issue STILL NOT FIXED. Get it together BLUE CROSS!! BTW tge system does not like Apple or Safari. So I tried Google Chrome but still Nothing!!

UltraAccess we used last rear had the ability to scan an item to see if it qualified, this one does not. Last year I could log in with facial recognition, not UltraAccess. BUT I just purchased something that did not show up on app and yet qualified. The benefits program may be better than it first appears.

Ditto on all negative reviews. I thought the previous OTC provider wasn’t all that good but they had this one beat by light years. What ever happened to just give me a pre loaded card so I can shop at MY CHOICE of retailer? Convey is a scam! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Somebody’s pockets getting lined just like every other big business.

Very frustrating to use. Even with customer support to reload all the information- waste of time. The product images do not load. I even deleted UltraAccess to start over. I will try online.

I usually phone in order- that is quick & easy.

UltraAccess could use rework since most ratings are only 1 or 2 stars.

No back button on product page; have to start search again from menu. So frustrating! Pictures unavailable for products on category page. So once I tap to see a product, have to go back to menu & start all over again. Come on BCBSMT, find a better partner for this benefit for your subscribers.

My Blue Cross Medicare insurance offers over the counter supplies through UltraAccess. It is by far the most frustrating app I have ever used. No way to search for specific products. If you look at one product in a category, you cannot easily return to compare it to another. You must go back to the beginning and start over. And the items are priced way above what I can purchase in stores. I feel like I am not only wasting my time; but their money.

We have been having all kinds of trouble with UltraAccess. Does not work. Had to change password twice because it kept saying I had the wrong password. Now it ways OTC card is unverified when it is supposed to be activated and loaded with a balance. So frustrated, been trying to get it to work for weeks and now it seems to be stuck in a loop.

Can’t get past the initial set up page. Member ID unsuccessful. No matter what I try. Tried logging in, nothing. Tried forgot username/password. Member credentials wrong. Terrible. I’ve had this benefit card forever and never used it once because I never got a catalog and never knew about a catalog or app. Finally find one app and it doesn’t work. Guess I’ll continue to pay for everything out of pocket

Why can’t I copy and paste the 28-letter temporary password they send me to try to gain access to the account I set up, but that they don’t seem to recognize anymore?!?!??
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use!! It won’t let me log in, it won’t let me use the temp numbers it sends, and it won’t let me delete my account and start over!! That’s a wasted hour of my life I’ll never get back!!!

Been trying to register my wife’s and my account for the OTC program since the beginning of the month to take advantage of the money allotted for purchases in January. App keeps telling me I have the wrong Member ID which I am taking right off of my membership card. Tried to call Excellus customer service and placed on terminal hold. Apparently there are a lot of glitches to a service which Excellus proudly rolled out but cannot operate. Very disappointed.

I can’t believe major insurance companies use and promote UltraAccess to their client base. It seems like nothing is updated.
It’s archaic and not user friendly.
The search features take forever and then products listed as covered aren’t actually covered when you buy them. They do not have a face recognition. Half the time it says my user name isn’t correct. It’s a VERY frustrating app. Come on people it’s 2024. Update UltraAccess !!!

Tried numerous times to register and always told that insurance information was invalid. The site specifically tells you not to use the characters before your insurance number but then I did put the characters in front and it let me register. Someone doesn’t know what their doing so if you have problems registering put the alphabet characters in front of your insurance numbers and see if you can register.

UltraAccess is simply impossible. Fortunately after contacting the representative who signed me up with Priority Health told me of another option. It’s UltraAccess called OTC Network. It loaded my information correctly and my balance on hand. I haven’t tried it in a store yet, but hoping it works.

Can’t copy paste password from other app. Spent 20 minutes setting up account on mobile but can’t login because I had to do password oldschool with pen and paper but You can’t reveal the password you enter so you have no way of knowing what’s wrong with one of them.

Fixing those problems would improve usability.

I’d recommend setting up account on browser until they fix this.

Day two , ordering has not been successful, cart doesn’t show anything , can’t review , have to start from beginning once u try to add to cart , app is a great idea and benefit , but it doesn’t work well enough , might try computer and see if any better ??

I’ve been trying to order for two weeks. I get to the end and it won’t let me press Continue. I never had this trouble with the Molina OTC app. I need my stuff and can’t walk well enough to go in Walmart Please help. Thanks

I don’t see the problem with UltraAccess . I set up the online account first and logged right in UltraAccess . It’s pretty basic but I was most interested in the remaining balance.

Now making order is much easier. Every month I can just order from UltraAccess and it has helped me use my benefits easily.

First step to use UltraAccess is to setup an on-line account for your OTC benefits with your Healthcare Insurance Provider. That process needs all the normally required Health plan account numbers, dob, email address, standard set of security questions, etc., and a user name & password.
Then download and install UltraAccess. Sign in with the user name and password you created with for your Health Plan OTC account and you are done.
