Purchase Not Going Through

This is mostly to the developers, because I bought unlimited clues a week ago, the order went through, yet I didn’t get any clues? I spent $6.48, and I have a receipt, so why didn’t I get anything? Either give my clues, or give me a refund. And the ironic part is that I can’t even restore purchases. Just give me my money back or something, I don’t even care. It’s a shame, because I really liked your game. I only wish the purchases actually worked. To anyone that wants to buy something, a word of advice, you’re wasting your money on this. Literally. Because you won’t get anything out of it. If any developer is reading this, I have a receipt and a screenshot if you want to get back to me. But I’m not holding on to any hopes.
It has potential but the controls are not good

The only way to move from one item/room/person to another is by investigating and hoping an option pops up to investigate the thing you want. On the third mystery something happened and now I can’t even continue investigating the scene properly (such as questioning the neighbors) because the options no longer lead to that. I wish there was a drop down so you could select what area to investigate. I can’t solve the third mystery now without completely guessing because I can’t go back to talk to the neighbors.
Different But Lacking

First, I really like that the game is about deductive reasoning and logic and not a find-it. The game is definitely interesting and requires a good bit of thought. However, I think that the questioning needs to be a little more detailed if the conclusion is going to require specific details. For example (trying not to give spoilers): in the 4th murder, I was asked *how* the victim was smuggled, but the questioning never revealed how the supplies came in- thus, I had to guess. It would be nice when the conclusions have multiple questions for me to answer, if the game would give credit for a partially correct answer. Overall, I’ll keep playing because the storyline is interesting, but I do wish the questioning was more detailed
