I’m disappointed with your application because no ( Urdu )language book is not good for me

There is a bug in Ule; why cannot English native speakers learn English? Basically you cannot choose same nationality to strengthen your language. For instance, when I chose English and intended click on advanced level English, the prompt would not let me proceed. Sometimes native English/American speakers need to improve their English by looking at an English translation.
Please fix this bug ASAP.

I downloaded Ule for my mom to learn English. It was working fine until the third day. It won’t allow her to continue unless she pays a subscription when I ALREADY PAID A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION!! To make things worse, the audio won’t play when you touch a word to learn it’s pronunciation. I am very disappointed and my money was wasted on Ule.

Ule could be better in different ways. When reading a book, it should offer the pronunciation of such word in English, as it’d make it easier for non-English speakers. Otherwise, we have to figure out how to pronounce the word by googling it, and exiting Ule .

Also, the books have tons of misspellings, typos, and grammatical mistakes. Some sentences don’t make sense! Which makes it even worse for English learners. I figure that the developers or creators of Ule might have to type in the books themselves because I refuse to think that all authors of such books have committed these atrocious grammatical mistakes.

I don’t think Ule is worth a $7.99 USD weekly subscription at all. That’s too much money for all the downsides and the errors they need to fix!

On the second day I downloaded Ule ,the sound didn’t work . I tried everything but just didn’t work .🤷🏾‍♀️

It will not save English as my native language and then trying to learn English in settings, it can only allow saving if I choose other languages as native language.

I downloaded Ule to improved my English vocabulary since English is not my first language. I though that Ule could be useful because I could read books and select a unknown word and listen to the pronunciation but instead I got my native language pronunciation and I don’t need that I already know how to pronounce it. It would be better if with the books that you provide have the English pronunciation. You can keep the meaning of the word on people natives language but do put the English way to pronounce it.
That would be more helpful for people want to improve their vocabulary

I was learning words by beejourney, at 3rd level (character) app didn’t let me go through, cheating, saying that i’ve made mistake, but the fact is that I haven’t. For the first time though that I really have made a mistake, but after few times I realized that app just don’t let you go to the next level. Disappointed by this.
P.S. I can proven that with the screenshots.

I am a Persian speaker. Ule doesn’t have my language in the setting. That will be great if the developers can add Persian to the setting. Thank you so much!

For French there’s no interactive reading as promoted . I was excited about that

I gave it 5 stars because i like the idea of it but why don't you have Farsi(my native language) to English?
Or maybe English to English so I learn vocabulary in english word's def.

How do you switch from one language to another without losing progress?! Is it possible with the subscription?!

Ule is useful and helpful for people who want to become English speakers. There is one thing, I have to choose the native language. I do not speak any native language that has given, so I can't start Ule . Even though there is not all the language I will like to have English. It will be a great app. ( Burmese) ❤️ 🙇
