I am also hearing commands such as, ("typed screen twice to open page", "your Portal commands are "Alexa" and not "Portal" now, etc.) Can you please, please assist me? Portal voice doesn't answer me, it beeps on then off instantly. Alexa voice still works
Some of the stories do not play when selected. I read them to my granddaughters on the other side of the country and it's been great. Now it's just disappointing. Please repair this issue.
cant come out Ambient mole and cant shcoll thru portal
made me start at beginning after unpluged then pluged in. screen"get started" double clicked and moved to "terms of service" hit continue moved to the next page fine, "where is this portal going to live" i put in kitchen checked marked and hit continue, it said double hit to activate, which i did. then it said "Portal name not saved". next line says "something went wrong when you tried to give portal a name. I hit Ok and re did and re did and re did in every catagory and it says the same everytime I can't go any farther.
have forgotten password for wifi to get on portal

The portal app will not open
Facebook portal TV is not installing apps like zoom and spotify. It is looping on waiting forever.
The portal app only show a few of the photos in the my family directory, so the portal gets stuck on one photo and just flashes when it should move to the next picture.
Portal has wifi connection but will not make voice calls. We are saying the right things and this facility has worked previously, but not now. We have turned it off and on again and reconnected ti wifi but still not working
My portal has started random talking. Such as saying something about my ambient screen, or announcing the time when I haven’t asked. Also when I say “Alexa”, it’ll say something random before I’m finished asking it to do something. Can you help. Thanks
My tv portal will not show on my portal app. Therefore no photos from my iPhone will appear on the tv and I cannot use messenger to talk to family (can use WhatsApp)

I can't get into my portal app. I click on app and all that happens is swirly white circle going around and around. It's been like this for about 4-6 weeks. I want to add pictures to my portal.
My Portal App just wont open - it just has a whirly circle in middle. I have tried to add photo as well to Portal App but it says "couldn't share photos create an album to start sharing photos" - But I have 2 albums on my App which i cannot access!!! My Mum has same issue with her App - It just wont open
Says device is corrupt. Tried to chat 3 times earlier and got kicked out by my phone every time. Have tried power cycling. Have tried factory reset (was given incorrect directions or misunderstood directions earlier but found online and tried). Still have same message.
I am also having the issue where story time won't load and where you can no longer do cute filters in photo booth. My 3 year old (and I) are very frustrated, and I reached out to facebook customer service and they didn't know how to fix it either!
We can see the list of games and stories on Portal but neither will open up to use. We reset the portal back to factory settings and that did not fix the issues.
Apps tab nor apps that are available not working
Story time or game will not play. Message says need two people but I am on a call. Story time let’s you select when you press start it crashes. Video freezes up on the caller side Why??? Grandson doesn’t understand. Portal was supposed to help us.
Portal story time not working, most stories won’t start and the ones that do, are out of sync. Tried turning off/on. Very frustrating to little kids on the other end.
When I try to read a story on story time I click play and it goes to new story or end and the story never plays.

My Portal Go is not working well....has never really worked well! Story Time: some stories won't open at all (just show choices of End or New Story), sometimes they just quit in the middle. There used to be some cute filters, but now they are gone. There was a cute donut game, now gone. Very frustrating when talking to 2 year old granddaughter, which is the reason I bought it!
My story time on my portal no longer works so I cannot go past the first page. When I try to swipe text to get to p.2 it doesn’t give me p. 2 but just the choices End or New Story
