Will not pair

Pre-ordered the Captor X. Waited on it for two months. Finally got it and plugged it up for the first time. It will not pair!!! It loads cabs, presets and TorpedoWirelessRemote shuts off. Really can figure out what the problem is.
Red blinking light of doom (disconnection)

It works for about 5 minutes then loses connection and then the captor starts blinking. So I do a power cycle and the same thing happens. Once the unit begins blinking I can’t run the Mac app either. I want to love this but it’s been pretty frustrating in my experience.
Please make this app work with os 10.3

iOS 13.5 app and device worked flawlessly. There is a very slight but still noticeable delay while using headphones and changing settings on TorpedoWirelessRemote as well as the physical knobs while TorpedoWirelessRemote is connected. However, because you’re using Bluetooth this is to be expected. The ability to connect to this device without the need of a computer is AMAZING!!
