How to fix VidFun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VidFun app on iPhone
Update VidFun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VidFun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VidFun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VidFun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VidFun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VidFun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VidFun App
1. On android, goto Settings » VidFun » click [Force Stop]

Update VidFun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VidFun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VidFun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VidFun.

Fix VidFun unable to contact server/ VidFun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VidFun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VidFun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VidFun
