I have been paying for 2 numbers at the same time, and one of them works and the other one not work. And it’s stressful because you’re paying and you don’t see results... I have been trying to contact support so they can help me, but it have been impossible.

I have subscribed for a month it was all fine for the first two exact weeks then it stopped working and stopped showing me results or any activity for the number I’m seeing.

They deducted from my iTunes credit but the application is not working.
The location of the number I add keep changing all the time and I need to re add the number every hour.
I need my money back.

Why stop tracking number

No one answers on support Im trying to watch my daughters online status and it’s not recording !

iFamily does not show any numbers online at all. Please give me money back

iFamily has always worked off and on but this past week it’s just been useless. Don’t sign up for iFamily until it’s known to be working to avoid wasting money. They do not respond to emails.

The application is broken suddenly I want a solution to the problem and tell me when the problem will be solved please

Good app, but unfortunately very often it is not updating or syncs the activities. Very annoying .

iFamily is good, but I face many problems with the sync. I can see my ctc on-line but for many times iFamily does not detect it. Right now for e ample it seems that iFamily is down, not tracking since last night

Why it’s stop working ? Please fix it
