Close and restart the MiseNo app on iPhone
Update MiseNo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MiseNo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MiseNo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MiseNo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix MiseNo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MiseNo app issues:

Force Stop the MiseNo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MiseNo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MiseNo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MiseNo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MiseNo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MiseNo.

Fix MiseNo unable to contact server/ MiseNo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MiseNo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MiseNo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MiseNo on android.
