It seems to work pretty well but most things are blocked unless you pay. You can still use it just not that much selection if you chose to use it for free.

This app looked like exactly what I wanted to build my stories... but there’s limitations on being creative. It only has so many icons, not many background colors to be unique & of course you have to buy other icons if you want them. Not a fan... 🤷🏻♀️ sorry.
