Subscription trap

This app allows a three day trial and then a WEEKLY charge of $2.99 starts. You have to cancel within the first 48 hours of your trial to avoid the charge. The app directs you to go to your settings of your iPhone to cancel the subscription. I used the app for the first day of the trial and it was fairly easy to use but I realized it wasn’t an app I needed long term. I followed the directions of the app and went to the settings of my iPhone to cancel and after carefully combing through the settings, I concluded there was nothing there that allowed me to cancel. The app itself doesn’t allow you to cancel from it either. So I didn’t know what else to do but delete the app. And of course, this morning they charged my account. How do you sign someone up for a subscription with a weekly charge and NOT allow them to cancel??? This is a super shady business practice and I have no interest in working with a company that has such poor ethics. I am currently disputing the charge with Apple and asking for a refund. TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN

I paid for the subscription to get what I wanted. After an hour I gave up, canceled subscription and deleted because it KEPT CRASHING and I kept losing all my work.

I have its application and the truth is bad, every time I try to download the error images and I have paid however it does not work! The most sensible thing is that they make a refund of the money .. I remain attentive to your comments
