I never write reviews of anything but I must for this one. Latest update: unusable and UI weirdly bloated- cumbersome to navigate. Simply trying to sign up for a class, continues not to work and I receive only error messages. I think the developers have forgotten that for the majority of people, this location is a still primarily a gym. I was mildly eager for this update as I was hoping that by signing up for a class it would create a calendar event, but it appears not to have added that feature. Equinox app has had that capability for years. Please streamline this and/or fix the bugs. It would be especially helpful if app had capability to focus only on fitness and not all the lifestyle/family fluff for those of us uninterested. Thank you.

I have got 5 issues with this app within 3 months:
1. The front desk help to send a message to clarify dues, then I got an email asking me to fill out a form to unsubscribe the membership.
2. I got internal error when I tried to set my credit card on file to enable recurring payment.
3. I got error when I tried to add either bank account or debit card. After I sent a message, the email said they need help from backend.
4. I was charged late fees because they didn’t charge my credit card, which worked for 10 months fine before switching to this app, also worked fine after they said there was an issue.
5. After I told them about the late fees, they charged the late fee again, which might because they misunderstood my question (see the 1st question in this list) and they failed auto payment earlier.
Basically on my side, I didn’t do anything wrong, and on their side they keep make mistakes and charged me because of their mistakes.

Like everything else done by this club management recently, this is third rate. We used to have a perfectly functional court reservation system, were you could view and reserve courts in a few clicks. Now we have this dysfunctional app. Now after painful navigation and a million clicks, you don’t even have a calendar view, nor a court availability view, you need to send an invite for someone else to confirm, get tgem to join a “buddy list”, and in the end it will just fail to work at all. Ill conceived, botched implementation, never tested. Just call the club instead.
