I used to love Rammstein, but now the store isn't working, and I can't log out or delete my account. I also can't create a new account or log into my existing account. I tried this on a different phone as well. I'm not sure why this is happening...I don't want to buy my merch from a second or third party; so please fix this!!
I go to us the shop and I am able to click on products. When I go to add them to my cart it says “An Unknown Error had Occurred”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled Rammstein almost 20 times and I always have the same problem. Very frustrating!
Must have Spotify premium or Apple Music to listen to songs. Best thing about it is the tour dates, which can be found online. Utterly pointless app. Will be deleting shortly.
App crashes! Store not responding, on inquiry emails do to errors made in orders! 👎🏻
Hello! This isn’t so much review, but for the past few weeks I’ve been having a really difficult time trying to access the shop section on both Rammstein and on the laptop. It just keeps coming up as unknown error has occurred, but nothing happens. I’ve tried contacting on their Facebook groups but they sent me a link which I literally couldn’t open on my tablet at all. I’m hoping that I can have someone reach out to me through here because I’m pretty much at my wits end on why I’m having this issue both on my phone and on my laptop. HELP PLEASE!!
Nice idea but I can’t log into it or make an account. The music won’t play after connecting to Spotify. There are still bugs that need to be fixed that should have been fixed before launching it.

My “Problems”:
I tried logging in and there is a unknown error every time and I tried to make an account and I guess it is the same on their US website so my email has an account tied to it. The store on Rammstein is the DE store so everything sold is in EUR. The home and discography/history tabs are fine. I just can’t use the store. Tried setting up to order as a guest but used my same email and it would not let me, due to the email having an account (US store). I would love to order a poster but they are not sold in the US store on their website. I am also not part of LIFAD so I cannot participate with the community tab which is an organized chat room.
Layout:
Rammstein has 5 tabs on the bottom
First one is like a home which has news and live dates.
Second one has the this app logo and is discography/history.
Third one is the LIFAD chat rooms which there are 9 different chat rooms.
Fourth is the DE store.
Fifth is the setting which has log in, music (Spotify premium/Apple Music), notifications (News & Shop/Forum), Newsletter (this app and RammsteinShop), Analysis (yes/no to anonymous app use tracking), and Legal (General terms and conditions, Privacy and Data Protection, Contact, and Legal Notice).
So I like how Rammstein is layed out but I don’t have access to the store or chat tab.
It’s easy to purchase from the shop and if you use Apple Music or Spotify, you can listen to their music right from Rammstein . It’s really handy for keeping up with their tour dates as well.
The fact that they released an app is absolutely amazing. I’ve scrolled through Rammstein and everything seems absolutely perfect. Runs very smooth, and the LIFAD membership is super cheap for the discounts and offers it grants you! Absolute fan of this band and I’m so happy they released Rammstein.

I love having the full discography on Rammstein. It even has their brand new album. Only minor problem is that the album Liebe Ist Für Alle Da doesn’t play. Please fix this when you can. Overall great app.
