Pointless. The shop doesn’t work nor does the music!

I go to us the shop and I am able to click on products. When I go to add them to my cart it says “An Unknown Error had Occurred”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app almost 20 times and I always have the same problem. Very frustrating!
App isn't really working anymore....

I used to love this app, but now the store isn't working, and I can't log out or delete my account. I also can't create a new account or log into my existing account. I tried this on a different phone as well. I'm not sure why this is happening...I don't want to buy my merch from a second or third party; so please fix this!!
