won't let me add my link and leaves it blank. I have tried different links and some worked and some did not

I’m a fan of Giftful and I’m trying to help an out-of-town family member to use it…. This person is not at all tech savvy but managed to download the app on their phone. Do you have “step by step” instructions with screen shot photos of how to use your app that would help. Thanks. Donna
You can’t delete any items off your list without the app crashing. Unusable now.
