I bought the whole decorating package with a clear objective: to get them ready this weekend- October 2nd - because The party with all the guests celebrating the 50th birthday of my partner. You understand that such event is booked for months. Unfortunately, I still didn't get any decorating package from you, but only some plates that I ordered. Imagine how ashamed I was in front of all the guests. In an EMPTY room! I clearly want my money back, being extremely disappointed with you. I find this site a bit of a hit and miss.... I ordered a pair of Nike air max delivered to somewhere in St Leonards on Sea.... But I live in livingston Scotland... But I have had other products arrive correctly.... It is frustrating

I ordered an item it didn't show so I ordered again and gave payment it stated payment couldn't be paid until u took picture of my bank card back and front and post. I didn't do this, so assumed my payment wasn't taken. The next day I checked and it had sent order twice and took payment. I tried to contact the email provided and after a few sent emails the rest where not delivered saying undelivered due to a fault on there part. I'm fuming as I want to cancel order and no one is getting back to me
