Third time I'm having issues with this service and their customer support. They are trying to wrongly charge me several hundred dollars for damages on the car that was caused by previous riders - tried to escalate the issue to someone senior but was just stonewalled and pressed to pay a ridiculous sum that isn't even correct.

Sharing schemes in the past has always been troublesome due to the lack of availability and supply. Somehow with VolvoOnDemand Iโve never had to experience that, which alone gives it the 5 stars it deserves. The easy to use interface, easy access support, and overall wonderful user experience are all additional ++
