We have buyed glass of Pollete for my daughters and I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. It has already broken 2 times in only 1 year. I have buyed it in 2020. I went to the store in Belguim from where I had buyed it. They have asked to complain it to you. Can u help us? Can u pay back or as the guarantee said fix it with free cost?
