I wanted to trust and love Nursa how ever it has so many glitches! From saying you need to add your license every time you log in when you already have, to Nursa double booking you than banning you for 8 days for “canceling” a shift that you never cancel because you were double book by Nursa when it’s supposed to cancel any other shifts once your approved with the same time frame and let’s not forget Nursa always login you out. I’m a single mom and not I have to figure out how to make up for the days I was banned to feed my son. This is so disappointing! It’s ridiculous that your ban for 8 days or 2 weeks if you cancel a shift things happen! I get that it’s important to show up for to be banned for days! This is ridiculous! I bet anything facilities don’t have consequences when they cancel last minute! The way they treat our health care workers needs to stop!

Please, someone care enough to make Nursa less buggy!!! It’s constantly crashing. It takes FOREVER TO OPEN, FOREVER to load shifts, forever to send messages, it’s overall so unreliable! Please, put some more into it to make it work quicker. It feels like I’m trapped in the worst charting system known to man, which is stressful. Nurses are tech savvy and are used to getting a ton of stuff done quickly, and we can chart like the wind. This translates to immense frustration with slow technology like this. Our brains work faster by necessity of our career path. We deserve better.

this app is probably the worst nursing job app to use. I took a shift that seemed a high paying assignment and within 6 hours of me requesting/emailed that I was scheduled to work the pay was reduced more than 30% of what Nursa reflected. Speaking with support it’s a “glitch” that they were offering high pay. Facilities that use this app to find nurses pay high premiums and are unable to assign the pay rate. this app appears to be taking more than their fair share. I am moving to offer apps that offer the same assignments for more pay. AVOID THEM.

LOVE the concept behind Nursa. Super useful for any RN looking for a lot of flexibility. I hope it really catches on, so that most hospitals and facilities are posting shifts on here. The big issue with Nursa is that it has SO many bugs. My biggest complaint is that I can’t look for shifts based on the day I want to work, there’s no filter for this. The other filters (like day shift only shifts) don’t work. None of the issues have stopped me from using Nursa , because it really fills a void in the nursing world, but I’m hoping they start fixing Nursa sooner rather than later.

Nursa gives unreliable job listings. Without adjusting the filters, Nursa leaves out some facilities in my area one minute and then adds a whole bunch the next, or vice versa. Or shows jobs for a facility in one section of Nursa but doesn't on another section of Nursa . The main Jobs listing section doesn't reliably show ALL of the jobs listed in your area (or filters) all of the time. I can't tell if/when facilities actually do have a job available at times because of this.

I can never get in touch with customer service when I have any issues I am not able to connect to Nursa nor did I get paid as scheduled I did leave email chat and was notified that there was issue but never heard anything about my paycheck yet it’s irritating

Continuous notification of 1 showing up and there is nothing to acknowledge. Always reverts back to 20 mile radius. This is good, but in a rural area sometimes it’s better to search a wider area and keep it there. Maybe it should default to 50 miles?

I’ve worked for this app as an RN for several months now. Management has been very supportive and friendly towards myself and others. I have not heard of complaints from any of my coworkers. There is much flexibility in our schedules and no minimum number of required shifts per month to work that I know of and no pressure to sign up for available shifts. It’s really all about the company helping to fill needs in several counties and states. Variety of patients to provide care to. Also, during this pandemic, I worked two shifts on a COVID Unit. I was first politely asked by my supervisor if I had any reservations, which I do not. Almost all of the facilities and shifts available are COVID-free. I recommend this company or I would still not be working here. Also the wages are enticing.

Nursa is so easy and so convenient to use! You never realize how much you need an app like this until you find one and start using it... couldn’t picture my life without it! 11/10 recommend!

this app has been great platform to use in my search for interim work. Never before, has there been such an efficient, fast and simple tool to find and locate extra shifts.

Nursa is changing the game. Self scheduling per diem shifts wherever you want them?? I’m in! The compliance process is also a breeze compared to other agencies. You can store all of your compliance items in ONE place with ACCESS to ALL of them at any time. Worth it!

this app is a well-organized app that allowed me to find shifts in my area. It was very easy to use and extremely helpful. I recommend anyone looking for nursing jobs in their area to try Nursa out!

Nursa is great! You can search for per diem shifts near you and has a safe place to store all of your credentials. Very user friendly. I am wondering why nobody thought of this sooner, it’s such an awesome idea!

this app is so great! I’m a college student so am very busy and didn’t have time for a job but with this app I can get extra money as well as focus on my studies! It’s very low pressure so you can pick up and shift you want at your convenience and the pay is amazing!!!

Nursa really makes it easy to search for shifts close to where I live and also if I want to travel. It also provides a free and safe place to store my credentials! Their customer support is fast and actually listens to my needs!

I have worked for this app basically since they first started and I am honored to work for them as they grow and expand. Everybody is very professional and personable. Nursa is user-friendly, very convenient and I’ve had great luck getting positions and shifts which accommodate my life and theFacilities have been a pleasure to work in

This is such a great way for me to make some additional money and coordinate a traveling job that one has to be a few shifts that work with my schedule. The staff have all been amazing and super helpful too. Just got my first check and I kept telling my husband I can’t believe how easy of a process that was!!!

I’ve worked with this app for a couple months and it has been nothing but amazing. Staff are amazing and very prompt with everything. I love that I can pick up shifts where and when I want to. You can do this as a full time job or if you just needing extra money. Also, the pay is great and get paid in a week. Nursa is easy to use. I will continue to work with them and recommend my friends and family to join. Hands down the best agency I’ve ever worked with.

The entire this app team is awesome! Communication is always prompt and helpful. Nursa has a very user friendly layout so you can easily apply filters (distance, license type, shift preferences) to request jobs and they’re usually approved within a day or so and if not you can reach out to your rep and they’ll let you know! You complete your shift report in Nursa to document your hours which is much nicer than trying to get papers filled out, signed, and sent in. Your schedule will show up after shifts are approved with a map you can use to get to the facility. Definitely love the way they do things!

Nursa makes it so easy to find shifts close to my home. I love the flexibility Nursa has as well as how user friendly it is. It gives me the opportunity to pick up shifts when i want and need them.

So difficult to reach anyone in Nursa. The this app advocate phone number is out of service, and you’ll rarely get a response from staff using the inbox feature. Asked a question regarding a shift I wanted to pick up today a couple of days ago and it was never answered, so I didn’t end up scheduling myself. Pay is nice, but ultimately I fear for any reason/emergency I might need to contact support, since they won’t give you an answer or a working number to call.

This is a very user friendly app! It makes looking for available shifts a breeze. I generally hate learning new apps but this one was very simple.

The this app team has been great to work with. Nursa is very user friendly and I have easily picked up shifts. I highly recommend!!!

I was excited about the opportunity to work using the nursa app. I set it up, read the on boarding only to find out the app is using ipotential employees to provide leads to local facilities. This is okay if they had at leat one here in Kansas. Now I can't delete or edit my wallet to delete my bank account information. May be a wonderful company just not here in Wichita ks

Still not paid for shift worked several weeks ago and sent another shift report that I had already did for this weekd so now Im not getting paid this week for that one either. Noone answers the phone or returns calls or text messages or emergency line!

I am trying to get hired on to Nursa but there's no contact information that I can find to get help without downloading the app which I have done but I'm still not able to get the help that I'm eating
