I was hacked severely, got paid for 1 shift so didn't think I had a problem with Nursa app, I froze, closed or locked every account, worked another shift and in the 6 days I had to wait for my pay, which is ridiculous, the hackers got into my account, changed my contact info and bank account #s, and got NO notifications of any kind from Nursa! They have no security measures despite requiring you to leave your bank info on the app. As soon as I caught it, I have been chatting and emailing constantly, 6 days now, and they just keep saying the same generic response, "we're looking into it and we'll email you when we have an answer". I have police report, credit freezes, Identity Theft.com account and even a PeopleFinder report from the phone # they left on the app, I got their email, home address and their bank account # that they left on the app. I should not have to wait for my money! I've had the same contact and bank info, THEY HAVE NO SECURITY SAFEGUARDS for our banking info, and proof of fraud/identity theft! I just filed a complaint with the WA State Dept of Labor. Absolutely ridiculous! I had to close my account and can't work!
