I wanted to trust and love this app how ever it has so many glitches! From saying you need to add your license every time you log in when you already have, to the app double booking you than banning you for 8 days for “canceling” a shift that you never cancel because you were double book by the app when it’s supposed to cancel any other shifts once your approved with the same time frame and let’s not forget the app always login you out. I’m a single mom and not I have to figure out how to make up for the days I was banned to feed my son. This is so disappointing! It’s ridiculous that your ban for 8 days or 2 weeks if you cancel a shift things happen! I get that it’s important to show up for to be banned for days! This is ridiculous! I bet anything facilities don’t have consequences when they cancel last minute! The way they treat our health care workers needs to stop!

Please, someone care enough to make this app less buggy!!! It’s constantly crashing. It takes FOREVER TO OPEN, FOREVER to load shifts, forever to send messages, it’s overall so unreliable! Please, put some more into it to make it work quicker. It feels like I’m trapped in the worst charting system known to man, which is stressful. Nurses are tech savvy and are used to getting a ton of stuff done quickly, and we can chart like the wind. This translates to immense frustration with slow technology like this. Our brains work faster by necessity of our career path. We deserve better.

Nursa is probably the worst nursing job app to use. I took a shift that seemed a high paying assignment and within 6 hours of me requesting/emailed that I was scheduled to work the pay was reduced more than 30% of what the app reflected. Speaking with support it’s a “glitch” that they were offering high pay. Facilities that use nursa to find nurses pay high premiums and are unable to assign the pay rate. Nursa appears to be taking more than their fair share. I am moving to offer apps that offer the same assignments for more pay. AVOID THEM.
