Cant choose a team on h2h games. When i click on my choice it just flips the card back over. I cant select the one i want to bet on. Please help
I just used the " chat online feature" to ask questions about my account. I was directed to a page where they want me to pay money to get answers about my account. Now if that's not SHADY, then I don't what is. My phone is 770 380-3171. I'm going to be OUT on Stathero unless I can get some answers For FREE.

With Fantasypros promoting and seeing ads about about deposit bonuses for 1st time users; I received messages that promotion s didn’t apply to first time deposits. After playing, the slates are very limited (only 2 for the NCAA basketball title game). Player pricing doesn’t make much sense (1 player priced so high that there’s nobody else offered cheap enough to pair with on a 2x2 slate?). The idea is alright, but the execution is no. I will stick to other DFS apps.

I have played stathero since the beginning. If you have played DFS before this is a great way to make money without competing against multiple
Lineups. I am ahead in winning compared to other DFS platforms. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is after the launch of their new app (and after withdrawing my NFL winnings) I went to make a deposit to play the PGA games. It currently does not let me make a deposit. I emailed tech support and after 3 days I have not received a response.

Awesome customer service!!!! I sent another email and instantly got a response. Today the CEO of stathero reached out to me not only to apologize but to personally help me with my problem. This never happens with companies. 5 stars isn’t enough for customer service and game play!

Last night I set my lineup for the fourth round of this week’s pga contest and unfortunately the lineup didn’t save. I emailed support not expecting much to come from it after failed attempts with getting a response from the other DFS platforms in the past regarding issues with a contest. To my surprise I was emailed back immediately. I was asked to text a number to resolve the issue. I texted the number, and was immediately helped with the issue. The person helping me asked for the lineup I had set last night and then manually set the lineup for me. Customer service like this is unheard of in the DFS space. I will be a customer for life after this experience. Thank you StatHero!
