I downloaded this App because the BFSFCU App sends me to it when I want to check my credit card
This App doesn’t let me log in. I called the Bank they transferred me to the credit card. The credit card people don’t know why I can’t log in or what is wrong with the App

Log in issues

Unable to log in with login information or biometrics. Was working fine until last week. The helpline number mentioned in the error message is also not helpful and they had no clue what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
Impossible to set up

Absolutely worthless. Have tried on multiple occasions over past few days to just set up the app (or “enroll” to use the App’s terminology). Every time I get an error message indicating that it is “not my fault” and “an issue at their end”. An app that doesn’t even allow you to get started fails even the lowest bar!
