Using App in the UK - The app permanently has a yellow banner: "Finish setting up your account" - clicking on which takes you to a form to verify your phone number. Inputting a UK number results in the error message: "Sorry, SMS verification is not available in your region. Please use email instead." I have already verified email address and there appears to be no way to complete the process and remove the banner. This is a minor issue, but annoying, as I will be looking at it every day, and should be an easy fix.

App won’t open all I get on day 1 is the orange screen?

The app isn't working for me at all. I only get as far as the orange screen which says "Live Different".

How to fix Exodus 90 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Exodus 90 app on iPhone
Update Exodus 90 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Exodus 90 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Exodus 90 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Exodus 90 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Exodus 90 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Exodus 90 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Exodus 90 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Exodus 90 » click [Force Stop]

Update Exodus 90 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Exodus 90 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Exodus 90 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Exodus 90.

Fix Exodus 90 unable to contact server/ Exodus 90 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Exodus 90 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Exodus 90 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Exodus 90
