How to fix Gaper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gaper app on iPhone
Update Gaper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gaper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gaper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gaper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gaper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gaper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gaper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gaper » click [Force Stop]

Update Gaper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gaper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gaper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gaper.

Fix Gaper unable to contact server/ Gaper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gaper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gaper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gaper
