White screen issues from start

I can’t rate app because from very beginning I get intro page and then a blank(white) screen. Deleted and downloaded multiple times

"Workplace Not Found" and can't use app

I work at American Express and the number/QR codes always return "Workplace Not Found" and the app is unusable. I can log in on the cloud site. Wish this app was actually usable.

I’ve used this app a handful of times successfully however sometime this month, the app opens to a white screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but issue persists.
