Fonctionnalités manquantes
OrangeMoney bug sur iPhone XS. Donc cette appli était attendue. Mais un peu déçu des fonctionnalités essentielles qui manquent : telles que paiement facture teranga, rapido, Senelec. Donc 2 étoiles en attendant ces fonctionnalités essentielles.

Orange Money
L’appli n’est pas à jour comparé aux options disponibles sur le #144#. Il serait souhaitable que ces deux plateformes offrent les mêmes options et les mêmes services. Le Service Clientèle d’OM laisse beaucoup à désirer. Il donne l’apparence d’un call center externe pas suffisamment formé pour gérer de manière efficace les besoins du client. Ca fait plus d’une semaine que j’ai une instance (relancée 4 fois déjà sans succès) auprès de OM. Peut mieux faire!!
