Just arrived, app won’t let me get past weight entry. Too frustrating, unnecessarily. Read the other reviews. Not a good value.
For such an expensive device, eXciteOSA functionality is terrible. It just fully stopped working and the support team has refused to follow up with me. You can't use the device without eXciteOSA , and so this is a waste of money.
Totally unreliable, it doesn’t keep track on your sessions the data disappear all of sudden never to appear again. Support line is a joke, tried several times to get help without result. The only thing the recommended is the “old” uninstall and reinstall again” without offering a solution. The only think I can say is to keep track of your treatments as eXciteOSA won’t.
First eXciteOSA wouldn’t allow me to finish setting up my account, it got stuck on the screen where I enter my weight. It simply wouldn’t allow me to hit the next button to proceed. Had this issue multiple times, eventually exited out and reinstalled app to proceed.
Next problem was that I couldn’t receive a verification code to setup my device. I received an error saying my email address wasn’t in the data base, so I had to contact customer support for a verification code to proceed.
Next problem was when I tried to do my first session. I received an endless loading screen when trying to connect to the device. It said device found, but the connecting screen went on forever (I gave it 10-minutes, and eventually the device light stopped blinking).
I’m yet to get this device working… but so far I am not happy with spending over $700 for this experience
iOS 15.0.2 installed app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Got my new device and attempted to setup a profile on eXciteOSA . Can’t get past the enter weight section. Can select weight but when clicking the next button nothing happens.
eXciteOSA (which you need to get the this app device started) is very difficult to get through. Continue button won’t work. Submit email to get 6 digit password won’t go through because keyboard won’t get out of way to submit request. Ugghhh!
It’s not only $750. Every 3 months you are required to replace the mouthpiece and every year the controls unit.
First the 24hour clock is not effective. I use my device every night before bed, if I’m late one night I have to go to bed late every night.
MOST ANNOYING is now 3 weeks in eXciteOSA just shuts down. The devise is trying to connect to Bluetooth, it goes through the entire countdown, at zero the session should start but eXciteOSA shuts down and I’m left staring at my Home Screen. Third night in a row now.
I’ve attempted chat help, escalated to IT after 2nd failed night. Still no resolution.
I’d dissatisfied with eXciteOSA and the device at this point. As a nurse I was really excited about this, but I cannot recommend a product that doesn’t perform as stated.
JUST GET A CPAP!
eXciteOSA for me does not work at all while connected to Wi-Fi, I have to disable Wi-Fi and use eXciteOSA only while connected to the LTE. 🤯Never had to do this for an app before. ???
Easy to use and appreciate eXciteOSA enhancements over time. Keep it coming!

After six months the XciteOSA stop working. The app would find it but it wouldn't connect. They send me different device and that one also is not working. The customer service is not great either. And this is expensive too. I would not recommend.
Concerned about the negative issues with app not working. Please update with fixes.
