Downloaded the Exciteosa app . When I try to open it on my Iphone 6 to sign up, the app page flashes momentarily and disappears. No help on line with trouble shooting the app. Waiting to hear back from customer service.

Totally unreliable, it doesn’t keep track on your sessions the data disappear all of sudden never to appear again. Support line is a joke, tried several times to get help without result. The only thing the recommended is the “old” uninstall and reinstall again” without offering a solution. The only think I can say is to keep track of your treatments as this app won’t.

iOS 15.0.2 installed app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Got my new device and attempted to setup a profile on the app. Can’t get past the enter weight section. Can select weight but when clicking the next button nothing happens.

For such an expensive device, the app functionality is terrible. It just fully stopped working and the support team has refused to follow up with me. You can't use the device without the app, and so this is a waste of money.
