I have no idea what is wrong with HryFine but it keeps counting my steps as if I walked/ran like 10,000 steps which obviously I haven’t because I would know if i did🙄 I can understand if it says like 500 steps but on my Apple phone the steps are only a few hundred which obviously doesn’t amount to the ones from HryFine or the watch. I was laying in bed for like an hour and every second or minute it gives you a few steps which is extremely odd because I didn’t even move💁♀️the watch is also kinda annoying because it turns off extremely fast. but I tried downloading the other apps for this(the ones that are like “connected” to HryFine) but they are completely pointless because my watch doesn’t even show up as a Bluetooth match for it. so I would just speed more money on a good watch because this is so annoying😐don’t waste your time on this😒
Counts steps when not moving not sure how it says I get over 5000 when I sit at a desk all day for work. Sleep seems to not count my whole night and not once have it recorded deep sleep. I’m in the us and it don’t use us measurements. The clock is only a 24 hour clock but I prefer 12 hour not totally bad just annoying. The phone locator and camera features do not work. And only once did I get to see a message through the watch. The weather only reads Celsius I prefer Fahrenheit. I know my blood pressure runs a little high but I’m always getting reading 98/62 so I’m pretty sure that’s wrong. It’s very cheaply made HryFine seems to be junk only real plus side is it holds a charge for a long time. That’s prob due to the need to press button to wake and short time before it turns off. I don’t recommend HryFine or watch
If I could give it a zero then I would! My son is 9 months old and caught the covid and the doctor told me to keep an eye on his oxygen. I thought that at least that the oxygen would work. I was wrong! He got really sick and I thought his oxygen was fine. Just for kicks my daughter said mom y don’t you try to measure oxygen while the watch was touching nothing and guess what it measured the air! With the same stats it had been giving me the hole time just a couple numbers different. So I rushed to Walmart to pick up a pulse oximeter his oxygen was dangerously low god knows how low it had been the hole time. I say F*#& this watch and the maker. It’s says for medical reference but it’s a lie! Don’t trust anything about this watch!
Received the watch. Looks great—easy install and connection. But, I didn't know how long I should charge it so I reached out to the vendor and suggested to charge for 2-3 hours. I followed the recommended time and the interface shows a red battery icon. I assumed it still needed to be charged longer. So I kept it charged overnight. I checked the war h again and STILL a red battery icon. I know it should changed to a white colored battery because I’ve watched the video repeatedly and the watch showed a full white battery. Waiting on the seller since they are currently on holiday. I hope this gets fixed or replaced if not refunded.
Got watch, downloaded app. Had to create an account. Stopped when it required credit card info for verification purposes…deleted app. Less than 30 days later, a company called Quality Creativity billed my card for $53 for a subscription. Got their phone number from the bank and reached their 3rd party contact service. They offered to refund $15 of the $53 they billed me for, since I was already getting a discount from the $107 subscription fee. Reported the fraud to authorities but Apple apparently doesn’t have a system for reporting fraudulent apps. Be warned!
My watch was synced with my iPhone and now the connection is lost and I cannot get it back. My phone does not see nor track the watch. HryFine does not recognize my watch. When I search for the device on HryFine it cannot find it so nothing is synced at all and now I cannot change the time on the watch!! What kind of device is this?? Please fix this problem and give instructions as to what to do to fix it!!
Watch was working fine for a couple of weeks until I updated to IOS 15.1. After the update, my watch still connects to my phone via Bluetooth but none of the data goes back and forth. I no longer get text message or call notifications from my phone and biometric data doesn’t transfer from the watch to my phone. Hopefully they’ll fix this with an updated app.
ZERO stars if I could! It worked for a couple of weeks then apparently I accidentally clicked on reset and POOF everything is gone. I have spent 6 hours trying to get it to work again, the time can’t be set without the software so I can’t use it as a watch! I am angry! The vendor did refund my money so it’s not a complete loss.
I bought this watch and i had the impression that it was going to work, i read the instructions, turned on my bluetooth, but yet it still will not bind. App needs to work on connection problems cause it does offer alot and seems great but without being able to connect to a device or in this case this watch, its rendered useless.
HryFine does not keep imperial nor Fahrenheit when you change the settings. There is no way this is getting accurate vitals nor even steps. After losing its charge in one day, it will not recharge and stopped working altogether. In the garbage it goes. It’s absolute crap. Can I get my shipping and handling back?!?
Linked to my iPhone 8 in 30 seconds. App is surprisingly stable. So far. Only real complaint? Imperial units. No one in the US uses metric. Will update in a month. Update - Watch runs well for what I paid for it. That being said, two major complaints. First, the steps counter overestimates by about 60%. At least it’s consistent. Second, the latest update “disappeared” the O2 measurement out of HryFine . Just gone. Minor complaints. I know it’s not anywhere “medical” quality, but the heart rate is high by about 15%, and erratic. BPM is erratic. And there’s no insight as to what light and deep sleep means as well as the REM (per the watch and app). I think it’s doing a decent job of capturing the total sleep time. That being said, the watch/app has never captured any deep sleep. All light and REM. More aggravating is the watch app misses any sleep before midnight. Only shows sleep midnight forward. In other words if you slept 11pm-7am, app only shows 7 hours of sleep. I dropped the rating a star. They really need to figure out how to do imperial units. And bring back the O2.
Final update: ditching the watch and app. O2 is still broken. Sleep data quit updating a month ago. Somehow counts steps when I’m sitting. Battery is now down to a daily recharge.

Version 1.4.2 had a problem with custom dials and maintaining connection
In the recent update version 1.4.3 the custom dial problem has been fixed but the connection problem hasn’t
It doesn’t pair automatically instead i have to unpair the device then pair it again to connect
Please fix it
I like the styling of the watch and the iPhone app is good, but like another user, I experience Bluetooth pairing drops ... these reduce functionality by about 60%.
I’m not sure if the problem is in HryFine or in the software on the watch but it is very frustrating.
I just got the BO3h watch and I can’t change the clock face and it only shows a whale please help,the gallery settings won’t show anything it just shows a blank white void I don’t know what to do please help me thank you for your time!
HryFine is amazing. Just when I got the watch to go with it. The screen doesn’t turn on and it’s not working so I am unable to get the experience to enjoy the watch.
I have connection problems for one month. I deleted HryFine and installed it again and even i try to reconnect the watch, but it didn’t work.
HryFine is pretty good but it takes a long time to connect the watch and make a account .And sometimes it logs me out of my account so I have to re log in or my steps don’t count.
I love this watch but they need to update and add USA time like 24 hours they need to fix that man other then that it’s amazing they just need to fix the time format please developers can you you guys fix this
Didn’t have a problem from the Watch one bit. Those of you that don’t know how to fix connection problem - (you have to connect it to “HRY3.0” as well to maintain connection. You’re welcome! Great product!
Got watch charged it connected to my iPhone then went in to settings and everything says connect first after pairing and connecting first time won’t do anything now any help would be appreciated help or support not working for me on this site
They gave me the watch but I got no charger I was very excited about getting it but now I’m disappointed very much they need to so better
App stopped working and an erase and reinstall does not resolve the problem. It does NOT load, it starts with a green screen and locks up.

Cmon, are you kidding me? You can not track your info in miles just kilometers, weight only kilos not pounds and size only centimeters not inches. I love the price of the device and I really do like the features but you guys must update ASAP! Once you do I’ll change my rating to a solid 5.
The watch is fine first day , except the time keeps being 24hrs, i already reset a few times and pressed the sync setting time on HryFine still the same help!! Ill change my stars

It works for tracking steps on my M4 fitness band I got for like $7. Haven’t been able to get it to automatically check my blood pressure every hour as it advertised but for the price u get what u paid for lol

I purchase 2 of these watches 1 x black and 1 x white. 1) The Black looses charge very quickly and continually has to be recharged. 2) The White one will NOT sync with the software at all, tried for many hours even another device but still no good and does not work. The White watch syncs with phone after a very lenghty proccess but WILL NOT sync with the software. 1) I have uninstalled and reinstalled software. 2) I have RESET the watch several times but still does not help. 3) I have turned power ON/OFF several times and still no working. Watch is showing wrong time , how do I reset
The battery lasts one day. After recharge. it must connect to reset. I must leave bluetooth on or no data is collected. Metric system only, 24 hr time only no access to photos, no cameras as advertised and no analog face as advertised. I'm glad it was cheap.

This piece of equipment is entirely useless. It has not been possible to input personal data and the app fails to sync with the band. Repeated attempts to both relaunch the app and sync the band have failed. I have now deleted the App and the band is in the bin. This product is borderline mis selling, so mistrust the marketing hype and go for something reputable that is going to work. Basically you get what you pay for.

I received the watch with a huge scratch on the face. Every time the watch even slightly hits something, the face gets scratched. The notifications no longer work and it’s not taking my blood pressure. Pretty disappointed since I have only had the watch for less than 2 weeks.

The watch stopped working after 2 days . First the app stopped and didn't connect with the watch , the next day the screen went blank.
Once charged mine and my fiance's synced together it never stays on Bluetooth never stays connected it's worked for one week tops but never for full features I suggest you guys give me some help maybe I'll rate you guys as a five if you guys give us help cuz this is absolutely ridiculous please and thank you
