Bad app

Queue is a piece of crap. Hard to use. Constant tech problems. Truly a pain to work with.

Are use voiceover. I would not recommend this out to anyone else who does. You cannot import your contacts. Therefore, you have to enter in manually. Very annoying. Not a timesaver at all. Itβs also hit or miss on if you can even schedule your appointments or not. Some of the buttons just say button. Instead of what they really are. Terrible app.
Something I would love to see....

Absolutely love Queue . Something Iβd like to see is a disconnected button when phoning. Sometimes numbers are disconnected. As of now, reps have to click declined in order not to call the disconnected number again. Clicking declined affects the reached percentage. Especially for service calls, I think it would be beneficial to have it.
