MYTLCAPP is not working properly I have uninstalled several times and it freezes. I can’t get anything done. I’m an apple user, iPad and phone. This company has to work on this quick I can’t make money like this.
I have MYTLCAPP and I got signed out and can’t get back in. It tells me I don’t have a Premium subscription. It had been working fine, but did not give me an option for a Premium subscription. No way to get in touch with anyone to get help.
App froze and does not want to work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and nothing works. I restarted my phone and still does not work. I’m stuck on a white screen.
Although you buy sample credits that does not mean your samples are obligated to ship, waste of money. It’s been 2 months they still have not shipped yet you make me purchase MYTLCAPP for $20.
I’m highly disappointed. I have to have an active premium subscription to get into MYTLCAPP? I don’t understand you guys say free website free resources and I can’t even access them unless I pay a monthly subscription I feel like it’s BS***
How do you expect life changers to work for you and can’t even access the resources to continue to promote and share with others I’m not paying $19 a month y’all are just trying to rob everyone’s money
MYTLCAPP barely works. When I open it, it has a white screen with “Total Life Changes” across the top and that’s it. I can’t do anything else. After being on hold with customer service for 20 minutes, they said delete and redownload MYTLCAPP . It still does the same thing after a time or two.
Everytime I login to use my sample credits MYTLCAPP crashes rather I'm on my iPad or iPhone. I have reinstalled several times and still doesn't allow me to send samples with my credits. Then sometimes when I login it says invalid ID/password. When I've been using the same ID/password. MYTLCAPP needs much work.
Sometimes , I open MYTLCAPP and the screen is white. Other times, when I click to send a sample MYTLCAPP closes completely. I close it out and reopen, the screen is still white. This has been going on for days. I decided to delete it and reinstall. Hopefully that works.....

Is there a monthly fee for MYTLCAPP? For TLC users that are just starting out 30 days free is not enough time to generate enough business to justify paying $19 a month please consider offering this resources for free or at a discounted price to help everyone be productive and successful. Thank You
At one point MYTLCAPP was great but for the past month MYTLCAPP crashes (white screen) every time you want to look at the alert that is sent by corporate, whether it be an announcement or the follow up details from a sample sent. Many times I have to power my phone on/off to get it to work. Please fix this bug!
Problem app saying it’s open, but it’s Not. Please correct error I cut off phone twice nothing change.J
MYTLCAPP has helpful information and features but it crashes every time I attempt to send a sample when using my iPad.
1.) Under SHARE: product information: HSN: it is in French only.
2.) Under SHARE: Fit For Cupid Challenge: get to know the fit for Cupid kit: it does not contain a picture showing what is in the kit. Instead it’s a pic of prize amount and how to enter your photo.
I really enjoy using MYTLCAPP ! It has amazing tools and an easy way to use ! It show every step about the sample you submit even when the people you sent it are watching the videos ! Love it ;)

Haven’t been able to open my App in the last 5-6 days! I need to send out samples is there another way to by pass the glitch or whatever is going on ?
MYTLCAPP is AWESOME! A complete office in my phone that I can carry with me! To be able to forward informational videos and to allow customers to PURCHASE and or ENROLL as a LIFE CHANGER through MYTLCAPP doesn’t get any simpler for this BABY BOOMER! NO additional upgraded membership needed! Thanks TLC!
MYTLCAPP is no longer working on my phone
The screen is white all the time. Even after deleting and reinstalling.
I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall MYTLCAPP on my iPhone and iPad. It’s ridiculous. My apps are automatically updated and my software is updated too. It’s a great concept but not consistent. Help!!
My app was acting up so I deleted it and reinstalled it and now it’s saying I’m not a premium member and won’t accept my credentials. This is not fair, my back office was super helpful in regards to informing my clients and sending them information
I’m having to uninstall and install MYTLCAPP every two days for it to work! Has to be a better way! I’m loosing customers not being able to send samples. I’ve had to delete and reinstall MYTLCAPP twice. When I open MYTLCAPP the screen is white and the contents of MYTLCAPP never appear.
Every time there’s an update you have to delete MYTLCAPP and reinstall.
