Garbage. You can't easily review candidates, the desktop version and app don't sync well together (hired a girl on desktop, shows no hires on app), can't make a list of when you've planned interviews (i.e. messaging back and forth with candidates to schedule them and once done, need to be able to e... Show more asily click something to add them to my interview schedule and then be able to export that to my calendar - CAN'T), and the most annoying thing - when candidates reply to your messages, neither app or desktop shows you which candidate profiles have new messages. So annoying when trying to go through many apps. Looking for new service.

The normal website works so well it’s hard to believe Hiring is so bad. There’s no way to filter to just my own jobs and I am stuck just seeing jobs for the entire company. I downloaded Hiring so I can do resume review on the go, but I have to search for a specific position and then with each can... Show more didate I can’t tell if they are already in play with another coworker or if I have rejected before. At this point, Hiring is pretty useless because I can’t do what I need to. Would love if ya’ll would make an app with the same capabilities as the actual website!

Entering in the password (and yes, it is the correct password because it works on the web login) doesn’t do anything. Hiring just stays on the enter password screen when you click next and doesn’t login. Completely bricked, even after deleting and reinstalling.

My biggest complaint that significantly decreases the user experience and overall value of Hiring is the fact that you cannot: 1.) filter candidates by ratings (or really anything for that matter) and; 2.) cannot tag candidates (or view candidates by tag)

Smartrecruiters rocks. I use it, and am happy with the product and the support. Hiring interface is nice & simple. Perfect for just browsing and rating candidates, but I can't see enough candidate info. I don't know if there's a resume attached, and I can't see their address. I should be able ... Show more to click through and see a bigger profile. I can't really review anyone with Hiring. I'm afraid I might miss something. Also, I can't move people between categories (from Review to New for example). I'll have to wait until I get to the office.

I'm constantly on planes and need to stay on top of my hires. Hiring 's home page gives me an excellent pulse over what took place since I last logged in and then makes it easy to access individual candidates, interview l, and rate them. I've hired many people thanks to it already.

this app made even easier with access to all my this app information and functions in the palm of my hand. Looking forward to future versions.

Hiring is a nice start. Helpful when out of the office and need a quick review. Easier to access than the web. Of course after you start working with something new you want more like the ability to make a small change to a posting. I love it, other should get it too!

I like the improved responsiveness when I click to get a full story or leave a comment. Nice update.

I've been using SmartRecruiters for almost two years and this is a great addition to the system!

I can access all of my candidates and jobs from Hiring. It's clean and very easy to use. It has made this app easier for me and my team.

Great app for this app teams to collaborate, manage candidates, collect feedback. New version adds upcoming interviews, job stats, scorecards, rejection templates and swap between candidates. Very cool.

Their Mobile app works great and allows me to get my job done without having to log into my laptop.

I can do everything I need to manage my candidate pipeline! Great tool!

Then new @ mention & # candidate feature is simply amazing. I have no need to log onto the computer anymore. All functionality is on Hiring !

Just starting using Hiring as part of my company's this app team and absolutely love it! I'm never out of touch with all the candidates I need to review, my interviews, etc. It makes my life so much easier!

Having Hiring is a game changer as a this app manager. My last company used lever and using their mobile webpage wasn't easy. Way easier to keep up with my recruiting stuff on the go with Hiring!

If you are looking for a super user friendly (for both this app managers and candidates) ATS, look no further. SR has great sort features, analytics, and getting a candidate application is so easy. We use this daily and by far the best ATS I’ve ever used.

Nice to have a SmartRecruiters app so I can check my this app activity during my morning commute. Feature set is still limited, but I'm sure there's more to come.

Since the latest update I have to log in to Hiring every day.

App doesn't work most of the time. Very frustrating to work. It hangs most of the time doesnt load any data

You will need to have access to the ATS to get the full experience.

I can manage my incoming queue and respond quickly to the best people. Super helpful for when I’m headed into an interview and need to find the resume, reviews from my colleagues, and the interview schedule. Easy to rate and review and provide feedback.
