God Awful App

Useless

Notes not saved

IBMEvents enables you to keep session notes. After saving them and closing IBMEvents , my notes vanished.!

App is a Fail

App will only let me do the 1st day survey.

It’s 2 hours into day 1

Think 2018

There is no Think 2019 content available yet

worse I ever seen on the IBM events..

Not user friendly at all..

You create an agenda and takes 10 min to find where is it.

Ashamed IBM made this for all customers using.. What a bad way to see how technology is being used!

Sorry guys.. !

This need a lot of work

Inaccurate hard to understand seasons, location. People wandering around lost

Add Session to iPhone calendar

I need the ability to add event sessions into my personal calendar to coordinate and schedule with other personal events that occur during the seminar. This is a major gap in functionality.

Calendar

I can mail or text the event to myself or someone else, but it does not include the location or time. Useless

App issues

My agenda disappeared, community day sessions are no longer visable in the schedule, and IBMEvents hangs on iOS randomly.

Think 2019 participant

App makes we log back on to it constantly and doesn’t save my email I’d even when I click on the check box. The search capability needs some work.

Nice but clunky

I put notes on my first session and they disappeared. I tried again on day 2 and they seem to be sticking. But I received a text from an exhibitor and closed the window. I can’t find how to reopen the window so I can reply to him. He’s not going to be happy.

Sonja Ward

The application and its concept is very good, user friendly. Glitches I encounter consistently is when I review an update alert, the application freezes and I have to close it out and restart. Also, when I am on the notes tab for sessions I have attended, when I want to close the tab to save my notes, the application freeze so I don’t believe my notes are being saved because I am forced to get out of the application, the Done button is deactivated.

Good app, but need to add personal events

IBMEvents is great to use, but not being able to add one-off meetings and events means I still have to try and keep my personal schedule synched up with IBMEvents . Adding that would raise my rating to 5 stars.

Review

People were nice. I would walk miles to hear Ginni and many of the Innovation talks, etc, however this event was clearly inferior to last year in Las Vegas because:
San Francisco is a wonderful town but is a very poor choice for the venue. It was raining and cold most of the entire week. SF is always chilly except for early fall. May 2020 will not be much better with the fog rolling in.
The Moscone center, etc, etc is complicated and not very easy to find where to go.
The IBM assistants were quite nice but almost none of them knew any actionable details about the events and exactly where they were.
It was clearly undesirable to have to stand out in the rain in line waiting for a popular event.
There were several inspiring Innovation events but much fewer than last year which was very disappointing.
The food was at best mediocre or worse. I only ate once at event. Not enough coffee stations.
GO BACK TO Las Vegas or Los Angeles or......

Solid

Great UX and easy to look for sessions and build an agenda.

Think 2019

Took a while to sync sessions but app is very usable and has many great features like Client Insights
