Every transaction I make locks my card. The last time I called to unlock it they told me I have a verbal password set on my account. The only problem is I never set up any verbal password. Very disappointing after seeing so many positive reviews.

I am legally informing you a letter with A final bill/ payment was mailed to your corporate office. You never sent a bill which would reflect the payments made as requested since January.

I owe you less than $550 and won’t pay a dime until you accept that is the only amount due.

I’m in law, you are frauds- contact me anytime during the week.

Don’t get a CC with these guys. Fraud happened on my account. It took them a month to take the charge off which took 17 points from my credit. Then they decided that I didn’t provide enough proof? Of someone stealing my CC? So now I have to pay for somehthing I didn’t do and my credit takes a hit? These people are criminal.

Fraud charge balance they won’t remove

REPORTING TO CFPB right now! Called 8 times now to remove a fraud charge of $421 from a target in another state. System or person hung up after 40 minutes each time. The second charge was blocked when I got notification via text. I am in escrow so my balance should be and needs to be zero. I can’t even get a temporary credit. Opening a dispute is useless.
2nd issue: Bungee America charged $248 which I disputed. I cancelled the charge 6 hours after my minor went online ordering a service never rendered. Mercury lies that the vendor said I used the services. Not true. Vendor I did offer to extend the tickets a few months but my son lives in Portland and won’t be back until next summer. This does not constitute services rendered. Even though it states no refunds, there’s a 24 hours to cancelation by law for online or phone orders plus my son is under age. I did not make the order. I do not recommend this card after this experience! I will be closing this account. I have too many accts not being used and don’t need an annual fee.
