App failure

App worked for about six months, but suddenly will not connect and warmth settings have changed. Cannot connect, cannot add device again. The KohlerKonnect app does not list this seat as an option, only the pure water option. Help!!!
Going to try deleting and reloading PureWarmthwithKOHLERKonnect.

App no longer works

Downloaded PureWarmthwithKOHLERKonnect and it connects via Bluetooth but during the set up process I get Request Failed: Internal Server Error

Does not work it says it connects but nothing else will generate after that. Just keep spinning

Buggy app

When more than one use pair the device and one user adds a schedule, it stops working. Meaning the heat is indicated as on but no heat. And the scheduled heat doesn’t doesn’t produce heat either. Have to restore the device to factory and add two users without a schedule for it to work.
