Love, love, LOVE Artful Agenda! I've always been attracted to (and bought) pretty, expensive, custom paper planners. But I never would stick to them more than a month or two because they just weren't convenient. I love that I now have my planner with me wherever I go! Love that it syncs with Google calendar, so my husband can have his boring old interface and I get something that's more visually appealing (a must as a creative!).... without any scheduling confusion between us. I think the pricing is a steal. Much less than I paid on paper planners and totally worth it for the increased productivity I've had since starting with using this program. The priority list for each day is SO helpful in boosting my productivity, and being able to snooze tasks is amazing. Life happens and I often need to move things from one day to the next. Done in a snap! Thank you, Artful Agenda! This is everything I needed and I know it'll just keep getting better!

This planner is exactly what I needed. Although there are plenty of agenda apps and options out there, I appreciate that this one maintains the integrity of a written planner, even visually. What this can do that my written planner cannot is help me visualize my day, week, and month all with a switch of the tabs, instead of having to write things twice across pages in a monthly/weekly planner. Furthermore, the free calendar in iPhone doesn’t let you quickly visualize your month items easily, which this one does. The quotes, water intake, meal planning, stickers and handwriting options are not necessary to me (but I’m sure are to many others, so not bothered at all), but I do love that I can switch out the covers. I look forward to coming updates that let me personalize it even further, but I truly appreciate how simple and no-frills it is. As someone who changes planners regularly, I think I’ve finally found a digital keeper!

I love paper planners in theory—and often buy 2 every year—but practically, the ones that work best for my needs are too bulky and heavy to carry around all the time. Enter Artful Agenda. I’ve been using it for a few months, and I am hooked! I love that the planner is with me anytime I have my phone (or iPad or laptop). I love that the app syncs with calendars across platforms (Outlook, google, Mac). And I especially love that the planner is well-designed and includes creative elements like different cover designs, font choices, and digital stickers. I know a lot of people don’t like the idea of paying a subscription fee, but for me, the Artful Agenda subscription price is less than I’ve been paying for a paper planner each year. (And, again, I often bought 2 per year. 🤷🏻‍♀️) Paying less money for a planner that I will actually use and not end up leaving at home is win-win for me!
